it doesnt even need to be sore all the time ..if anything if it’s too sore for more than 48hrs you might be under nourished and recovery isn’t on point

what worked best for me was making sure I am empty and getting the most crunch o can on movements.. focusing more on treating it like meditation the training .. also practicing vacuums a few times a week
I find standard crunches and strict leg raises are the best two options
4 sets of either and roasted each day that you do them
focus on blowing all the air out and really getting a mast deep contraction
and then after your sets stretch for 30 seconds or so
it’s funny because weighted hasn’t really helped nine so I tend to be bodyweight guy … maybe it’s not the best route for and but seems to have made nine the best they have ever been

I’d training four days a week of still personally opt for push pull legs and just continue the cycle as it flows into the next week

I wouldn’t do push pull with such limited time in the gym
YOU Won’t be able to muster the required intensity to get the most out of it.. hate.to say it but you need.to go back to bodypart split and high frequency training as you will be hard to be overtrained in 30 minutes workouts
you can get.some decent sessions in this way and just have to be in the gym moew days
this is just my opinion as others will 100% disagree but of I had 30 minutes.id opt for 3.to 4 exercises max and head.home
