    yesterday managed to visit powerhouse Tokyo

    I’ve been eating as and when..
    .truth is you could eat clean here as every 7 eleven sells steamed chicken breast and sticky rice..
    .

    but when you eat out the food is all fried… I’ve eaten alot of shit last few days and I’m kind of bored of the Japanese food choices already lol

    so I’ve just been to the shop to buy chicken and rice..

    truth is.. I said to myself eat off plan this trip .. enjoy it and make yourself crave bidybuding normality once again.. kind if reverse psychology approach as I’ve been very strict for years now..

    Chris emailed me today as we will sort the off season diet out soon… I said to him.. I’ll be back on the 20th.. 300lb fat and indeed of a 25 Week diet lol he laughed

    hide left all the pros some gifts .. that included a powerhouse t shirt.. love the hospitality . this makes it all worth while

    obviously I’m not doing the show but yet the people have treated me amazingly well. I feel honoured

    today we tracked to Kyoto on the bullet train .. Just got back from visiting the golden temple .. Just posted a picture on Instagram of it.. amazing place

    I’ll probably train again in a couple of days … maybe catch up with a few of the gents. Juan and Regan are looking great. look forward to seeing what they bring

    happy to watch

    been a great year

    tonight I’ll chill and rise early to take a trip to the bamboo forest

    having a great time and most of all a great break mentally too

    yes mate we resume after my holiday

    so to add to that.. I’ve landed in the land of Japan.

    walked around a few km today and eaten a few times

    went with janicke to a specific place called .. don’t quote me… the little fish…. it’s a 100% gluten free place tucked away in a little corner of Tokyo.. she over it and even I found it good
    .
    is just looking for a gym to possible flushout some of the bloat from the flight!

    I just use 12.5 3 x weekly when test exceeds 750mg

    12.5 each day I inject 250

    so if I’m doing 500 is do the same 12.5 each day I inject the 250

    I don’t really look too deep into it nut that’s just my personal approach.. others may be better

    Pull session today was blinding

    I’m away for a week tomorrow in Japan with Louis janicke and my friend luke

    likely to only train 2x If at all..

    today’s session went extremely well

    looked as follows

    all 2 sets 1 load 1 back off

    hammer low row using d handles

    t bar row

    low row plate loaded

    reverse grip medium mag pull down

    rack pulls

    high row for rears

    db shrugs

    seated calf raises

    managed some good numbers and logging has begun once again.. I expect to be hitting some PRs by the years end

    cycle is now cruise of 250 weekly (test e)
    25 proviron daily

    as long as food is there to support it I know I can still progress in the gym

    I plan to start the actual doet 100% when I’m back from holiday
    I’m back on the 20th and thst will be the real start of nutrition plan
    at current I’m eating 6 x a day and what i Want To eat
    I haven’t done this in many years so decided if it’s to be done it’s best to do now

    bit yes once the plan begins that is basically it.. dropping carbs from 2 meals and having some veg mainly instead with a little fat

    Mate atm all meals have carbs and im just shooting for 60ish g protein and 60ish carbs..but if I’m hungry i won’t limit carb intake or fat intake… this is recovery time in all aspects of the word .. i am not being strict so that when I decide to be once again it has a solid effect

    It really depends on what you eat

    leafy dark green veg inwouldnt bother counting

    but like you say the food choices you have mentioned are higher in carbohydrates especially so if in a few meals a day would be worth accounting for

    I like it always… mostly to stimulate appetite first thing..

    plus it’s just time to think and arrange mental puzzle peices for the day ahead

    there is no cons to it.. only benefits..

    let’s me eat more and better

    keeps me a little fitter
