Thanks for the response @jiminocalves would you think it would be okay to go back to the gym? Been going on 6-7 weeks without the gym I don’t have any pain sometimes I feel slight discomfort when bending over to tie my shoes for example my sternum also isn’t popping anymore. Nervous to go back to the gym and set myself back even further
I continued to train. pay attention to when it gets worse and see what movements you’ve done. for me because it was my vertebrae misaligned rowing actions made it worse

I used to get it bad and sometime my rib would stay “out” t3-5 making breathing hard. Ive been having chiropractic care for the past year and although a still get occasional movement it is massively reduced and doesnt flare up as much. i would definitely recommed seeing and chiro or osetopath if it keeps on returning

@kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen on your hack squat video I noticed you used a foam roller in the back rest, how come? is it a comfort/position or performance thing?
