Little later than usual log from me. I’ve had to stretch my day a little to accommodate the refeed jordan gave me today
219 this morning and the best look to date. The best I have ever looked hands down and we were both super happy with the look.
The plan is to run through the regional qualifier with no peak so we can attack the main show in 18 as that’s the one that matters.
Today jordan ordered a muffin pre. I always opt for a blueberry from Costa as it’s lower fat. 150g cor extra post wo and then large pizza with 3 x slices of cake, from a Starbucks Costa etc. All this went down incredibly well with 0 digestive issues. For the volume of food i had I would expect a little bloating as my stomach has had very little volume for a while now but it digested like a 25 year old me would and didn’t touch the sides haha
This will likely be a last feed before the “peak” I would imagine hence the reason it was a big one or I’m assuming that’s Jordan’s thought process or again just seeing what we can get away with while we still have a little time etc
In for legs tomorrow so it’s going to be a good one for sure.
18 days to bring the best version of me so far.. almost there but still work to do so head is down and eyes on the prize

Hey man.
If this is the case it simply means you are executing the movements wrong. Especially feeling the incline in your front delts. Take the time and research how to execute pressing properly. Loads of things on YouTube about this and John Jewett has a good podcast episode on this too. It’s paramount that you get your execution nailed this early on in your training days

Solid rest day. Very productive on all fronts.
First day I could feel the prep hit me a little harder this morning and early afternoon but I love that shit and love the feeling of my body struggling weirdly. It means I’m getting leaner 🙂
Absolutely huge day tomorrow on chest and biceps!

I’m with Clare. Post up your current split so we can advise better.
Personally I like to have one set leg day. All out on every movement with no unnecessary “fluff”
Hamstring work will be topped up on a back day or hip hinges through the week or if needed a density style day would help but this will depend on recovery etc

Not tried the exact split but it’s very close to what I have been running fir 8 months

This depends.. if you are prone to go flat or super super lean I would not be pulling the test. Test e you will get away with 3-5 days before if the above applies to you but for me personally if I dropped prop even 3 days before I go flat super fast. Just worth thinking about. If you look stage ready at 10 days out then me need to change anything in my opinion

Hey all.
In for back today and again all exercises were smashed! The last exercise dipped a little but only just and this was more than likely from the work in the exercises before.
Looked very flat this morning however after training I was on point and really happy with how things are looking and feeling.
We will push down now another 5-6lbs and that should leave me pretty lean.
Needed rest day tomorrow and a busy day with clients so I’m looking forward to that.
13 days out from the regional and my flight to Poland and show registration has been done today so I’m now 20 days out from the first pro qualifier

Pre wo stack is currently 2 x pump 2.0, 1 x jpre 2.0
