Depending on how many meals you have too/ lifestyle, job etc
A basic set up would be
6 meals – 4 of 10g fat. Have 0 fat in post meal and 20f in last meal.
250 carb day – 40c in 3 meals, 20c intra, 55c pre, 55c post, 0c last meal
Protein divide evenly through the day
Use sources of food you know digest well and will satiate you.

Buddy You are asking if you should stay on steroids while you go to a festival to get hammered and whatever else you take.
If you have been on a low dose for 12 weeks, carry on the low dose until you are past the festival and recovered. Simply to stop you from feeling shit before or even worse after. Not an ideal situation but that’s the compromise I would go with. Then PCT

Very similar to hilly. My stomach and digestion doesn’t do too well with high fats so I opt for higher carbs all year round not just in a diet phase

Delts and tris today.
This morning saw me at 222.7 so pretty much no shift from the extra carbs yesterday. Jordan ordered another little feed
Muffin pre and muffin plus 100g cor extra post.. went down a treat. This should do the job and now we push for another level of conditioning from here.
Session today went well. Held everything or slightly up. Shoulder press was a scrap but that’s a bracing thing as I’m getting light now but everything else was hit with precision. Still at full volume once I drop again it’s v likely we will need to pull back but for now I’m good.
In for back tomorrow and another session I need to take by the balls and kill it

I’m same as jordan. Take it all in one hit pre wo on training days but on rest days I split it AM and PM as it can make you tired

If you feel good and have 0 sides then there will be no need to add the ai.
However doing a cycle based on gear you get given for free isn’t ideal. I would strongly recommend getting bloods done this time otherwise you will be in the same position of going in blind. Get your bloods done and base your next cycle off them bud

Hey mate. What’s your volume like in the sessions? With that frequency your recovery should be ok but if you are doing too much each session you will struggle and burn out. Otherwise try only training 2 days on and not 3 days in a row, this could be a factor in your recovery

Solid days rest today. Down to 222.5lbs this Morning so another pound down. Jordan ordered a little feed up of 150g carbs with the last meal which I had through COR and sat very nicely. Feeling very good today after another step forward in condition. Looking forward to getting in the gym tomorrow and putting the extra food to use!
Big few weeks coming up for me and plenty of work still to do

Agree with the guys above. Genetics and ethnicity also play a big role when I person is legit peeled to the kind of look they have ie granite looking etc.

Honestly if your chest is a weak point it will almost always be down to execution. Adding more work to something that’s not being worked correctly won’t benefit you. Have a look at execution, exercise selection and strip everything back to the begging.

Thanks for your response Jimmy, much appreciated. I’m just going to have to be smart about it and take things slow, not rush back in, like you say it will just prolong recovery.
I used to get tonsillitis regularly until I had them out last year and I used to find if ever I got a slight cold I’d have to back off completely otherwise it would end up in tonsillitis so will have to apply the same discipline and back off and build back up again. [/quote]

0.2lbs up today from the touch extra food yesterday. No change to look etc but it was simply to slow the drop and that’s what it did.
Legs today felt strong! Progressed every exercise again and now they are trashed. Still feeling good and fresh.. dragged my ass a little on tonights steps but that’s only through the post leg day heaviness. Rest day tomorrow and again I can feel a drop coming in the next day or so. Usually after legs I hold weight simply through the inflammation then a rest day will see the drop. I still need a good 7-8lbs off I reckon to be legit so lots of work to do but I’m relishing the task of being ridiculously sliced.
