Hey man this question needs to be more specific.
Fat loading / carb loading will all depend on the individual. What condition they are in, how they handle a load.. ideally trail peaks have been performed in the prep already to give this information.

A good day today
225.7lbs this AM so a new low. A tad tighter again this morning too. Trained back and bis and managed to progress or at least hold numbers and felt good.
Jay magic eye has been over filming for YouTube and the new coaching site so a good day all round. Ready for another good day tomorrow

If you feel good on 8k steps and 60 mins of cardio and you are progressing then I see no issue. I see no issue with the 60 mins of week cardio either. The fitter you are the more product your training and recovery will be. Only if the amount of steps/ cardio takes away from your training is when this would need to be reduced

Nope! Absolutely no need. More isn’t more here. If you feel good on them dosages you are in a great place to carry on the cycle as you are. Getting the best bang for your buck will making sure your nutrition, training, recovery and every aspect is on point and the cycle will be a very good icing on the cake 🙂

6 weeks from here is doable in my opinion for your first show but it will be a big push. Express your concerns to your coach and they will put you at ease as after all you said you trusted their judgment so you will be fine buddy. Just crack on from here

Some do and some don’t. Technically it’s protein and calories so people who like to track things to the tee will track them. Others that keep the variable consistent won’t track it.

Weight stayed the same this AM of 227.7 but I was tighter for sure. Pretty much the best I have been to date here. Condition is coming through nicely and so far I’m still feeling pretty good. I get the odd moment where I feel “preppy” basically where everything hurts and body doesn’t want to move but these are few and far in between at the minute. I reckon another 7lbs off at 220lbs will be legit.

GH down to 3.5iu daily
Same food and output. Im still expecting that drop any day now as I can feel it coming.
The session today was great. Not really any pump but every single set was progressed and a good connection to the muscle. At this stage it’s easy to have that dead feeling where you feel nothing but right now everything is firing very nicely.
Back and bis tomorrow and jay is over to film YouTube and for my coaching site so should be a good day

Rest day today and I checked in with Jordan.
This morning again weight hadn’t shifted and I’m just not getting any tighter. We are both in agreement that we expected much more response from my body but it simply isn’t happening.
Big changes were made. Food was brought down around 130c… I lost 50g pro also from removing post shake but 25g EAA was added mid intra.
Jordan wants to raise e2 so mast was dropped and we brought down eq a little and removed tren completely and added primo and var in.
This will take off some stress off the body. However I feel really great at the moment and no usual signs of stress but the lack of response can only be one thing and it’s a stressed body.
Cycle is
500 test e
500 eq
800 primo
50mg var
T3 50
T4 100
Proviron was in at 50mg a day and that’s been removed.
Let’s see how the response is to this. The primo will hold tissue and some inflammation will most certainly be dropped from here

Rest day and day Is done for me. All food prepped, all work done, steps done, mobility, stretching and posing done this afternoon so a solid day.
227.7lbs this morning. I can feel a big drop coming in the next day or two.. a few hypos in the last couple of days is a good indication we are starting to move on the condition front.
Looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow for delts and tris

Hey bud.
I would go straight back in at the same load you left off at and feel it out. Just keep 1 rep in he tank on your first rotation. After 1 week off you will be nice and fresh but you don’t want to go in all guns blazing and put your recovery back a little before you even get going.

For a postal service my go to would be youth revisited like Clare. If you are near Manchester I would use the blood lab or eval are also very good
