Hey Dave. Sorry to hear that. There are numerous things you can do but first like kam says you need to get a diagnosis on the extent of the injury. From there GH/peptides etc will all help with the recovery process but for now dropping to a cruise is a good move and await rehab instruction from the physio/medical professional you see

In for legs today and annoyingly on my first working set of hacks I popped something in the top of my quad near my hip so that was that for the hack.
I could luckily still do leg extensions and everything else and got a decent pump and connection. The quad will be ok next session or at worst the one after that but it’s happening too often on the hack now and I can’t afford to be loosing loading sets like that in a prep.
Apart from that I had a good 3lbs drop overnight so 227.7lbs which is a prep low. Jordan wants to keep pushing now and bring the next level of conditioning which means getting another good Chuck off. I still think I need 10lbs off to be absolutely legit. I’m pretty lean but to win I need to be nasty peeled and that’s exactly what we are going to do

I would stay in a very slight deficit here. Makes sure all variables are nailed like jade says and be patient. Composition will improve and your can look at getting lean, from there you can enter a good growing phase

2 or 3 times a week will make no difference IMO so whatever you are most comfortable with. More frequent injections of less oil or less frequent injections of more oil.

As a whole you are technically progressing yes but as rich says if there are movements in the session that aren’t progressing then this can be something to focus on and that way the progression through the session as a whole would be even larger.
I personally prefer to work on an exercise to exercise basis this way I know what needs changing, swapping etc and have a handle on where progression is or isn’t coming from

Unfortunately it’s genetic like jordan says and also again made more visible with higher quad insertions etc. Bigger legs overall will give the illusion of bigger sweep but in terms of DOMS I the sweep I never get them and mine grow pretty well there.

I would also run the same again. No need to add more mg or compounds everytime. Rinse every variable first

Chest today and the session went as id hoped. Held and progressed lifts. There was little to no pump but the look was good.
Some adjustments from jordan
Clen from 40 to 80mcg
Added 500mg mast e
GH down to 7.5iu
Mince out for white fish mix
Cor down meal 1 to 70g from 80
Rice down from 40g to 30g meal 4This will see me to a real nice level of condition.
Legs tomorrow and check in. After today volume and fatigue management will almost certainly need to be altered especially now we are getting to the nitty gritty

Hey man. This could be a tightness issue with one lat, an executive issue of even a postural issue. I would firstly go and see a decent physio so they can see what is going on and then you can see what needs doing from there

Rest day today and a solid one. I feel so fresh it’s crazy. I’ve literally not stopped today and got a tonne of jobs done and I still feel full of energy. I’ve forced myself to sit down and wind down an hour before bed. Subconsciously I push hard for conditioning at this point by simply keeping moving constantly. I don’t feel like there has been any steps forward in condition this week but jordan will make adjustments for tomorrow onwards and that will bring that on.
Chest and bis tomorrow and another session where it means everything! Absolutely everything is going into the session

Most definitely a controlled eccentric on a rack pull or any kind of pull for sure.
Take a look at your execution buddy. You should feel very locked in on the eccentric. If not it’s likely an error in set up most commonly

Again another very good session. Everything pretty much progressed or held and felt good. Still at full volume so I’m super happy with my performance at this condition as this is where I would normally be battling with every set but I still feel solid.
A needed rest day tomorrow however after 2 days of solid sessions. Check in tomorrow too and after posing tonight I’m expecting a good one. Very pleased with how every shot it looking currently. It’s most very game on from here and I will be banging on the door of the pro league much harder this time around
