    Hey man. If your goal is to simply look good it’s pretty much job done here haha.

    You look great in these shots and I don’t see an issue with what you are already doing, it’s clearly working well. The aim will be to keep progressing the sessions and keeping body composition in check so you are always in decent shape

    Fat at the top of the leg/hip area here is your best bet. Don’t inject foot or heel. There is no evidence to suggest that injecting close to the affected site has any extra benefit

    Delts and tris today.

    On wake I was 229.5lbs and the tightest I’ve been this prep so a good start to the day.

    Jord was happy with check in we just need to make sure that we manage fatigue in training now I’m getting leaner. So far the sessions are ok and I’m still progressing them all the way through but it won’t be long until we will have to reduce the volume to keep performance up.

    The session today was good! Everything progressed nicely or matched but everything was solid and felt a good connection. Posing after saw me in a great place here and considering how fresh I feel I wouldn’t expect me to be as lean as I am and not feel it but I’m not complaining and it means we can just push harder for that nails conditioning

    I agree with rich here. There is no right or wrong here it’s simply what you feel best from.

    I like a lateral before a press simply to get some blood volume in the muscle and the joints moving but others like to go straight into a press.

    GH will down regulate t4 production. You are also taking t3. Adding in 100mcg t4 daily will help here

    As hilly says. From what I can make out liver is a elevated a little more than I’d like and kidneys at and eGRF of 64 is getting to the lower end also.

    Definitely look at some more or better kidney or liver support

    Hey bud. To me this indicates you probably need a deload from the gym.

    Keep cardio and diet the same but have a couple of days off training in a row then have 3-4 sessions where you do minimal volume in the gym and stay away from going to all out failure. This should help get you out of a hole and you should be good to go again.

    This will allow you to push on. Rest up, get fresh and then you will be able to push harder. The bad sleep etc is a classic sign of needing to drop some fatigue and back off.

    If you were to carry on going you would just crash and get worse. This will do the trick bud

    Rest day today and a great day really.

    Check ins from the team this morning were all incredibly motivating. One person after another killing it and enjoying it so much in the process. I very good place to be for a coach.

    I was up 2lbs this morning from the refeed but I think a lot of this was inflammation from the legs so i would expect a drop in the morning to be honest.

    A good physio session with Matt who is happy with how everything feels so another win there

    The day also flew which is always welcome on a rest day as I’m not a fan of them on prep haha.

    Delts and tris tomorrow and another chance to take the session by the balls and progress the shit out of it!

    Remove NPP and add some primo like jordan said.

    You are a little flat in the pics hence not the full bursting look but this is to be expected abs needed to push conditioning.

    Get leaner and have some refeeds when you get too flat or performance dips in the gym. Assess look on “x” amount of carbs and keep going from there.

    a little winstrol would help in the latter stages of the cut too.

    Leg day today and another 2lbs drop overnight. Leaving me at 228.5lbs I felt the drop a little more today than yesterday and with legs on the horizon it was game time.

    A very very busy gym today left me waiting for equipment a little but the extra rest time still only saw me match lifts.

    Jordan ordered my first refeed of the prep of 100g carb extra in my post meal and then 100g extra again in my last meal. This was through rice and cream of rice and my final meal will be through just rice. Rice and cream of rice will be my only 2 carb sources I use to accommodate more carbs as I know these both sit incredibly well with me.

    This should slow things a little for a day or so before we get a response and another drop as I know my body usually 3-4 days after a refeed drops fast.

    Rest day tomorrow with some physio to get fresh and hit the next two sessions hard

    I used an actifry so there was no temp gauge. Best thing to do bud if part boil the potatoes first. Pat them as dry as you can with some kitchen roll, Season and get them crispy ??

    I’m with Jamie. Output is output if your goal is fatloss. If it’s fitness then the hiit will most likely be best and have that advantage over steady state but if being on bike for less time is better for you and your output is the same then I see no issue
