New prep low this morning of 230.2lbs and we are flying. Glutes are nicely on their way with some good lines in them. I think with another few lbs off I will be in the same condition as my lowest weight last year at 215lbs and this year around 225lbs which will indicate a good 10lbs of tissue on so I’m pleased with that.
Chest today and wow what a session I had. I was anxious going into the session with the weight drop and I felt a little empty up too so expected a battle but every single set was smashed with amazing connection and feel. I’m still buzzing now. Posing post wo was also good. A nice look of fullness and condition.
In for legs tomorrow and I’m ready for it

Firstly Finnish your cut before you start your cycle, get as lean as you can so you have the best starting position possible and the best chance of a long growing phase.
Acne it’s impossible to say how you will react but the best thing is to make sure you shower and wash properly. Sounds simple I know but no sitting around in sweaty gym clothes etc and shower at least morning and night using something like tzone will be handy.
Starting dose of 300mg per week will be a great place to start. On this it’s very unlikely you will need any ai etc too

Make sure you are well hydrated so get fluid in you from waking. A good intra carb and EAA that I would sip on 30 mins before you get to the gym too

Unless it’s red, hot to touch and possibly sore it’s very likely nothing to worry about and just a jab where the oil hasn’t dispersed properly or inflammation from the jab itself.
Keep an eye on it if any of the above symptoms occur but it’s likely just an off jab

Tracking steps is a must imo. Especially for beginners.
You will have a daily routine set up no doubt then with any pedometer, smart watch, whoop band or Ora ring use them to set an amount of steps for the day.
For example an average day you do 10k steps just doing your normal day to day activity and you eat 3000kcal a day.. if your weight starts going down or you are getting leaner you are simply in a negative energy balance as the energy expenditure is more than the calories consumed.
Once this slows or stalls you can either lower food or increase steps/output to put you back in a negative energy balance and the weight loss will continue

Usual rest day jobs for me with client work, food prep, shopping and a couple of other jobs I needed doing all boxed off today.
Check in this morning saw me with another slight step forward in condition and glutes starting to come in a little. Me and Jordan are both happy with how clean things are looking and moving so I’m over the moon to be honest.
A trip to Manchester today to visit the blood lab for the potassium test and I can honestly say it’s the best service I’ve received. Very in-depth and informative along with a speedy turn around service and someone who understands bodybuilding and bodybuilders and our needs was refreshing tbh. I urge anyone who is getting bloods done to check these guys out, I will be using them for the foreseeable future for sure and a another variable off my mind worrying about inaccurate results

It depends. How harsh has the prep been, how fatigued I am etc. Ideally if schedule allows I would like a full 5-7 days away from training but still keeping routine with AM cardio, steps and meal timings the same. However if I feel fresh, the prep hasn’t battered me and I’m bridging between shows it will be 2-3 days off then baseline volume for another 2-3 days.

Back and biceps dusted off today.
Another solid session in the books and happy with how things are feeling. I felt a little sluggish at the beginning of the session but I think this is purely down to the heat in the gym it’s sweltering.
Once the session got going and it was time for the first working set everything felt good and numbers were up. Pulldown was down a little but I feel like this was due to a couple of nasty sets in the previous exercise.
Posing was good and I’m expecting a little drop in weight any day now as I can feel it’s due.
Much needed rest day tomorrow. I’m heading over to the blood lab in Manchester for a potassium test. I’ve previously suffered with hypokalemia when I get very lean so I want to test the levels now and In 4-5 weeks and see if there is a decline and how much so.
It was good to see joe and the boys today. Joe is looking dangerous for the british finals so I can’t wait to see him on stage killing it and fighting for that card

All the way upto complete paralysis. 4 years ago a coach aggressively diet me to the point my potassium bottomed out. Resulted in 2 weeks in hospital and temporary loss of feeling and movement in my arms and legs for a period of time. Obviously very dangerous. Even post preps now I need to be very careful or I get a numbness and heavy limbs along with the water it brings. I carry potassium tablets with me and if this ever happens a couple of them work but this time I’m keeping on top of it so I can supplement correctly once I’m very lean if we need to, however I don’t think that will be the case right nowInstagram: jimmytonk

As jordan says. It’s about doing as much as you can recover from and still keep progressing. Your logbook will give you a lot of feedback on this with how things are going.
Push session wise
Presses x 4–6 sets
Isolation for chest 2-4 sets
Isolation for delts 3-6 sets
Tricep work x 1-2 compound sets, x 2-3 isolation setsStart with the lower volume and work up if recovery allows. This will obviously change for individuals who are very strong and experienced but in general this is a good place to start imo

You have just come a little fast out of the blocks with the push up here.
As Ryan says reduce carbs back a touch and let things settle down. Possibly try hydramax from strom see if that helps you

Yup like the guys say if your lean and it gets deep enough into the muscle to sit well it’s no problem

If you have had no issues previously but you are now and you are sure it’s the winstrol then most definitely swap the labs and see.
Don’t inject winstrol – massive pip, big chance of infection. Risk vs reward doesn’t warrant this at all imo

I’d give it 2 weeks possibly 3 to be sure you are in the correct range still
