    Hey all.

    Check in this morning saw me at 232.7lbs the look was again leaner but also a touch flatter. This happens on the check in after legs then rest for obvious reasons so after posing post wo and seeing a good fullness and freshness to the physique come back it just makes me feel so good.

    I cannot stress the difference the low drug protocol is having. My body is as stress free as it can be in a prep and because of this it’s responsive and bounces back so fast. Previously the anabolics would simply be causing too much stress and pulling me down into a hole I always couldn’t get out of.

    Delts and tris today and another session with numbers hit and some big progression on the dips in particular which I’ve been battling with.

    All steps nailed today and everything boxed off just last meal to get in now and bed for 10pm. I don’t get up until 7am. The gym doesn’t open until 8 on weekends so I keep my days the same so I don’t have to alter them on a weekend. Getting up at 5 in the week and 7 on the weekends would throw me off.

    I’ve got Louis and joe Ballanger coming over tomorrow so it will be good for a catch up and then in for back and bis

    I would taper the clen and t3

    Pull injections around 5 days for most

    Other Orals stay the same or can be increased but this is situation dependent

    We want as little stress and inflammation as possible. This will massively help a steady peak as long there is no silly protocols

    Kamtron will come with an app. Disregard all the other information it gives you bar the weight. That will give you a graph of weight loss/gain over a timeline. This is what me kuba Jamie and AJ use I believe

    As the guys say drop the squats. No exercise is essential and if your mechanics aren’t allowing you to connect with your legs on square but other exercises are then rinse the absolute shit out of them exercises

    That’s rest day done.

    Today was the first day I got hit hard with prep mainly due to the leg session yesterday it absolutely hammered me.. legs have been in bits all day, fatigue through the roof from the session so it’s lesson learnt and it’s probably time to scale back on the volume for the session. I’ll mention it to Jordan and see what he thinks. It’s vital the leg sessions don’t take away from my upper body work in this prep.

    It’s been one of them days where I’ve been busy all day but seemed to have accomplished nothing but that’s waiting on other people/suppliers etc which is frustrating.

    A good nights sleep is needed and hopefully a much fresher me in the morning as it’s delt and triceps day and I’m after PBs all round!

    This is so individual. A generic answer I know but the cycle that you fee best on and can eat on is the best

    For me the first cycle would be preferable if you have a good starting position and you get on with them compounds

    Legs in the heat today. I tossed and turned a little last night thinking about the session today as I knew it would be a killer and I’m this heat too.

    Check in this morning was good and I was pleased with how things looked and felt.

    The session…. The session was great. Pretty much smashed every number out of the park. Most probably the best set on a hack I’ve had in months and months beating my previous top set weight by 3 reps out of nowhere.

    Steps finished off this evening with a nice walk. Food prepped, last meal in and winding down for the night. Rest day tomorrow, client work and a badly needed haircut along with prepping my meals for the next 3 days, plus a little extra business work and education will be the order of the day

    If you can’t progress your top set anymore and it’s been a few attempts I would swap it out personally. You may be still progressing your back off due to fitness or endurance in the muscle fibres. Moving forward with the heavy low rep range is just as important

    Blood pressure wouldn’t cause this but after training acne is more apparent so I know what you mean.

    It could be many things but Ryan has made the first point of how long do you wait to shower. What kind of job do you have? Are you in a dusty environment etc. Are you sweating more with hot weather.

    In the case of the first question it’s just the icing on the cake like jordan says.

    Trestalone I liked when I tried it, I got strong but luckily didn’t get the vacant self sides tren usually gives. Like anything it’s a very individual response

    As Clare points out if anything DOMS indicate a dip in recovery if you are doing the same exercises and set up you usually do.

    Obviously if you have exposed yourself to a new stimulus in a different exercise, rep range etc doms would be expected

    Another prep low this morning and a big leap forward in condition. Noticeably leaner and new lines during posing post cardio and still holding the look very nicely

    234lbs at 7 weeks out tomorrow so very happy. I still need to work out the travel restrictions to Finland as they’re still not clear but I will just wait until a couple of weeks before the show now before I do anything just incase.

    Session today was tremendous.

    Chest and bis – Numbers held but the pressing felt great on the chest and moved the weight with great form and intent so super happy and again the look post wo was the best it’s been this run.

    The heat was ridiculous in the gym so I really hope the weather isn’t the same tomorrow as I’ve got legs and that will be a killer.

    I hope everyone had a great week and ready to smash the next one!

    It’s hard to say without pictures. Depending on how lean you are. Wether you even need to carb up or not for the shoot.
