    I’ve seen no issues with current clen going around myself. I’ve started this week and used syntholan which is as I would expect from 40mcg clen

    Thank you! Do you have any go to brands that you would recommend?

    I have access to Medicare, Lilly Humatrope, Pfizer genotropin, hygetropin.

    Medicare is obviously the most cost effective – is this good to go?

    Genotropin is the best option however obviously not as cost effective.

    Medicare is good to go I know a lot who use it and get on with it

    Hey mate. I’m with Rich here.

    No need to do a movement that is ultimately destroying your knees.

    Leg press I would also band. More mechanical tension and less overall loading on the joints will help the knees too.

    I would look at keeping 2 sets of leg press and like rich says smith squat if you are able too. If not possibly 3 sets of leg press and a single leg split squat will really bias the quad

    You have just won a pro card so the goal is improvement but also longevity.

    Get the knees looked at and have regular physio work as you probably do already but ultimately drop the hack squat buddy.

    Rest day today

    Woke up to a new prep low 234.7lbs checked in with Jordan and he is happy. This AM was my best look to date in this prep. We both agree that this current cycle leaves a much cleaner look and my body is responding well.

    From this point there will be no issues comfortably making weight. I think at 5 weeks out I’ll have less than 10lbs to loose

    Apart from that there is nothing to report today. Work, steps, prepped and a pretty long boring afternoon but I feel rested which is the goal.

    Big session tomorrow of chest and biceps

    I see no need to change anything when dieting through a cruise than a cycle apart from monitoring training volume and recovery more closely.

    Diet how you would normally with output and nutrition but just be mindful at not over reaching in terms of volume.. still train hard as fuck but as hard as you can recover from, your logbook will give you almost all the feedback you need here

    Solid session on back today.

    I trained with Haran and it’s always good to have people like that in a session it gave me a lift and all numbers were beat today and felt good. My back is fried.

    It was very hot in the gym and the first day of clen in has made me cramp like mad in my hands tonight even with extra sodium in the intra.

    New prep low this morning of 236.0lbs and first full day on the new adjustments done and feeling great.

    A very much needed rest day tomorrow. Plenty of admin and I will add an extra round to posing tomorrow too after mobility and cardio so 3 rounds of poses all with 5 second holds now and 2 rounds in the afternoon

    Day done! A solid day today.

    New prep low
    Check in was good
    Food down ready to push & cardio up
    Session progressed
    Posing went well
    Steps hit
    Food prepped
    Ready to go again tomorrow.

    Delts and tris today and this session is quickly becoming my favourite of all time. The movements and challenges I’m overcoming with my execution are really leaving me so satisfied at the end of the workout every week.

    Jord is happy with the mornings check in at just over 7 weeks out. E2 test came back as mid range as we expected too.

    Food has been dropped another 50c or so cardio had gone from 25 to 30mins an extra 1000 steps a day and clen at 40mcg has been added. This will really move things on from here, I’m in the cusp of the next step in conditioning and with a freshness I’ve previously never had at this point so I’m so happy with where things are currently and so many “tools” left to utilise if needed too. So far I’m really enjoying this prep.

    Carb cycling is not necessary it’s just one method used… the goal is to be in a calorie deficit to loose body fat so as long as you are in a negative energy balance and you are burning more calories then you are eating across the board you will loose weight.

    I like the carb cycle structure for training and rest day personally but if carbs were the same over both of them days and you were in a deficit you would still loose fat

    Exactly as Jordan says. The natural hypos aren’t dangerous at all and even though the first couple may scare you a little you can be safe in the knowledge it’s a sign you are getting leaner so embrace them lol

    I think I know what you mean, pushing air into the vial to create a vacuum I was always told years ago isn’t needed

    Swab the bottle

    Pull compound 1 in

    Swab the next bottle

    With the same needle pull compound 2 in

    Change needle and inject

    Or as you stated empty contents Into insulin syringe

    The second needle change isn’t needed if you use insulin pins too
