Rest day and a very busy one. Physio in York with Matt first thing then a lot of client work and admin before going to Huddersfield for an e2 test with Dave at eval I also got a potassium test while I was there as I have a feeling it’s a little low. Then back to finish steps and client work. Currently upgrading my client services and adding a website so that taking a lot of attention at the moment too. Busy but a satisfying day as I just tick off my last check in and everyone is happy and sorted
Delts and tris tomorrow so an early night tonight and then go in tomorrow again!

Its been a mixed bag with clients. Some get very ill others feel nothing. It seems the pzifer one is most definitely the best one out of the lot.
There has been no difference in assisted vs natural guys from my feedback

I use strength shop single ply for everything however these won’t provide someone with bad knees enough support.. the 2ply from strength shop will be ideal from the sounds of things for you

I think I know what you mean, pushing air into the vial to create a vacuum I was always told years ago isn’t needed

With the same needle pull compound 2 in
Change needle and injectOr as you stated empty contents Into insulin syringe
The second needle change isn’t needed if you use insulin pins too

I like the sound of a push pull off legs off for you here with the rest being either side of legs will aid in recovery.
If you are much more developed in the legs than your upper you could even do a push pull off legs off push pull off repeat

Leg day!
A good session I only did one set on the hack as my knee was playing up a little and the cybex is not forgiving in any way. This was actually a blessing as I feel like I needed to drop a little fatigue in the gym and dropping 2 of the most challenging sets of the week will be enough with a rest tomorrow to leave me firing again, not that I wasn’t already but I could just feel me having to fight a little harder for the reps and I feel the session today could of put me in a very big hole.
Jordan was happy with the vids again this morning, I think we will have another drop in calories the next couple of days and get things going again

I would sit at maintenance calories until you are good to go again

Hey mate. After 9 weeks and 10lbs down I would most certainly still expect strength to be still progressing.
What are your current macros, cardio/output, split and sets per sesssion?
Hiya mate. TD macros are at 240 P 200 C 42 F at the moment. No cardio and steps at around 10k. NTD 225 P 140 C 35 F 12.5 k steps and 30 mins incline walking on treadmill fasted. I work a sedentary low-stress job. Training is push pull off legs off push pull off. I must admit that prior to hitting this point of stalling I was not really aiming to standardize execution and in fact I was chasing the log book a bit too much. Since I have focused on execution these past couple of weeks however I have run into the opposite problem whereby I am not progressing them. Would appreciate any tips that you might share to combat it.[/quote]
I think resetting your form and execution has possibly caused the slight stall. When we do this numbers will hold or even drop initially simply because we are doing things much tidier and not using momentum or other muscle groups we shouldn’t to get the lift.I would have a weeks devolume or 3 days rest personally and see how that goes

Then get straight back on plan and your good to go, no harm done just a happy family and a satisfied stomach. This is the time you can have a little Lee way, diet or prep I a time to reign it completely but for now plan the meals in and enjoy buddy
