Rest day today and weight was actually up again by .3lbs which leaves me at 238.3 this morning was a check in day. Currently I send Jordan my weight every day and check in video every other day.
It was my best check in and look to date and jord agreed so I’m really happy with that. 8 weeks out today, I think a little pushing from here will do wonders after a few days of holding and staying reasonably full it allows us to move things up a notch. I think jordan will get the results of the e2 test first and go from that
Just steps and prepping today. Huge huge session needed tomorrow, chest and bis so it’s ON

Echoing the guys here but just get back to your structure as soon as possible. A few more days of training and then nailing your structure and diet and you will be good. The longer you leave it the more difficult it will be to get the momentum going again

The bridge between shows can be mentally and physically tougher for sure.
It comes down to how important is it to you to do the show?! If it’s something massively important to you personally then 14 days is not a long time to endure if you feel it will benefit you in some way or another.
However if this is going to be something that will negatively impact your mental and physical health for a long time it’s simply not worth it IMO. It’s a bodybuilding show at the end of the day. I still know people 6 months post show in a mess in terms of mental health and relationship with food and exercise.
Ultimately it’s your decision. 2 weeks to ride it out and have no regrets or draw a line under it.

Hey bud. It’s simply a case of keep reducing the body fat as you are doing. When you are lean enough and the body fat is down you will start to see muscle more clearly. Just keep going

Back and bis today.
I was a rep down on about 4 sets today. Connection was still good but the muscle almost certainly fatigued quicker in the set so I will keep an eye on this.
Posing post work out however was good. Physique looks fresh and fuller again which I’m liking. Booked in for an e2 test next week so I can let jordan know where I’m sitting and we can start to move things on from there.
Much needed rest day tomorrow after 2 big sessions. Actually starting to get a little bit of food focus these last 2 days, I like this as I’ve not been hungry to that point in so long.

I agree also with Clare. We can never see the extent of our own progress.
A good way is the logbook and as you are saying the progress there has been awesome. If you are getting stronger with good execution your body is creating adaptions which will be muscle tissue
Pictures too. Check in with yourself once a week, take pics and then compare them over the weeks. The changes you see in the pictures will be much better than what you see with the eye. We see ourselves everyday so we simply don’t notice it.

Drop the hyper. Do 2 sets of deads in the session and place the hyper in the upper 1 session is what i would do

Delts and tris today and another drop in weight this morning. I think for the last 10-12 days in a row I have been lighter so body is most definitely playing ball now. In a much better and more responsive place here. Still with no clen in etc. T3&t4 but I run this all offseason so there has been nothing added essentially.
237.7lbs this AM so still 17lbs over but from here there will be absolutely no issues me making the weight.
Session today felt good!! Everything was up and and I really like how everything connected today considering I felt empty as hell this morning. I got a decent pump which has been hit and miss the last session or two so it’s been a big win today and I looked fuller posing post wo than I have the last few times
Jordan is happier with check in and says this morning is my best so far so I will happily take that. We just keep rinsing and repeating from here.

I pinned quads for a long time with no issues but the scar tissue can build up fast and become an issue for some. I would leave the quads for a back up site if you have had a couple of bad jabs and need another side. For positioning the site hilly has tagged is the best imo

In my opinion you should keep them the same.
Increasing calories will just make you go softer and softer when the anabolics are out and not keeping you tighter.
Lowering calories will take away a recovery and or performance aspect you want in a cruise phase/recovery
The only time I would lower them if you are in a very big surplus already and things are starting to get sloppy

I would certainly have a tidy up from here. Pushing anymore will just lead to more fat gain and not being as responsive imo.
It would of been better to get into a lean state first before the cycle. That way you could of had a long push up while keeping the fat gain down.
I would get down very lean from here for the remainder of the cycle personally
