    As above.

    In the devolume we want the food. It helps with recovery too.

    If you are having a full rest week. Rest day food as expenditure and stress on the body will be much less

    Hey Tom.

    A couple of things here.

    Firstly why are you using insulin post show when it’s your bodys most insulin sensitive time? I feel like this is a tool that would be much better kept in the box for a little later in off season. Your nutrient uptake right now will be crazy too so adding the slin to me makes little sense. I know it’s a protocol come coaches have used but I don’t really see the logic here.

    Secondly, 2 weeks post show and you have no appetite?

    On wake your blood glucose should be pretty damn low 2 weeks post show so adding insulin again makes no sense to drive and already low fasted BG reading lower.

    If you are looking to stimulate appetite some morning cardio would normally do that, do you still have cardio in?

    Rest day today and I checked in with Jordan.

    This morning again weight hadn’t shifted and I’m just not getting any tighter. We are both in agreement that we expected much more response from my body but it simply isn’t happening.

    Big changes were made. Food was brought down around 130c… I lost 50g pro also from removing post shake but 25g EAA was added mid intra.

    Jordan wants to raise e2 so mast was dropped and we brought down eq a little and removed tren completely and added primo and var in.

    This will take off some stress off the body. However I feel really great at the moment and no usual signs of stress but the lack of response can only be one thing and it’s a stressed body.

    Cycle is
    500 test e
    500 eq
    800 primo
    50mg var
    T3 50
    T4 100

    Proviron was in at 50mg a day and that’s been removed.

    Let’s see how the response is to this. The primo will hold tissue and some inflammation will most certainly be dropped from here

    At 16YO I would think he is still developing and growing.

    Is cutting advisable?

    I think what most people are advising is not getting “shredded” but rather just bringing body fat down to a more desirable level before pushing up in another bulking/massing phase. And if that’s the case I’d say a reasonable cut would actually improve overall health as well as set him up for more productive gains in the future – regardless of the age. Body fat being too high is a problem regardless of whether you’re talking about an adult, teenager, or even child.[/quote]

    I like mince and rice pre. This is simply because this meal digests so well for me.

    Post I like fish and cream of rice. The fish is light and the cor digests well of rice cakes and jam also are what I’ve had in the past

    Depends if Im looking for volume or off-season and to just get it in.

    If off season I do same as clare.

    Prep I would do it in a pan on the stove. Oats in the pan, add Plenty of cold water and bring to a simmer, keep stirring until desired consistency, add cinnamon, whey and keep mixing. If you want more volume, simply add more water and simmering the oats until desired consistency again

    Hey mate. I’m just echoing the guys above here but more to come off for sure.

    Keep going until you are lean. By all means after a while have a small diet break if needed as this will be a longer process than 4 more weeks for sure and a good amount of weight still to go.

    If you are very ocd then I would recommend having a couple of days off diet and a few days off training, any more time than this will likely cause more stress than good.

    My views on this have recently changed. If you can allow yourself I would take a full day off diet the day of and the day after the show followed by a full week of one meal off plan per day along with a full week off training. If you are peeled And after a long prep the down time will do your body a world of good it also allows extra flexibility in the week following so you don’t feel like you need to pack everything into 2 days with food and seeing everyone etc

    I know a few people use it. One if my clients was recently using it. We got much better results and response when we switched to the individual orals. That’s the only dealing I’ve had with it

    Usually getting blood into the muscle eases the pip once you are warmed up and start taking the muscle through a full range of motion so you should be fine, unless it’s a pretty bad and swollen jab but just pip will be ok

    Legs today and it was a grueller for sure

    After the first set of adductors I knew it was on! I was proper up for this one

    All movements progressed and the quad held. I was a little worried about my knee prior to the session as when I was on the bike the other morning the seat collapsed down and I jarred my knee a bit but luckily it was ok.

    Session today

    Adductor x 2
    Cybex hack x 3
    Prime leg ext x 3
    Prime lying leg curl x 3
    Banded SLDL x 2
    Seated Atlantis calf raise x 3

    Check in tomorrow and 10 weeks out. I feel to be legit from here we need to push on. Everything is going great but I feel like I’m a touch behind to be properly legit in 10.. I’ll see what Jordan says, I trust his judgment like no other 100% so he says I do it’s as simple as that.
