There is a difference between retraction and “switching the lat on” and keeping in on. with lat movements I would keep the shoulder(s) dropped and force them down in order to get the correct elbow path to the hip, this shouldn’t be confused with full scap retraction.

Repeat several timesMy weight had gone up to 253 this morning so that’s almost 2 weeks now with 0 drop in body weight. I will check in with j in the morning and I’d imagine we will get cracking with shifting some weight from here. I’m getting leaner but I have a limit I need to meet and I will need to be legit to make it.
In for chest tomorrow. A session i absolutely love right now

I hit a pec dec before my presses. This has helped me massively. As rich touched on it can allow you to get a better connection and feel of the chest more if you struggle to connect.

I would use on if it’s necessary, if you have pushed a cycle a little but everything is feeling and flowing good but you experience some sided etc
If you aren’t prone to sides and you can get away with not using one then it’s better to keep them out in an offseason especially imo

Decent back day today. Pretty much everything progressed and all with decent connection and form.
I was pretty flat for the first time this prep post training but I’m pretty sure it’s down to the heat in the gym and the amount I sweat. Loosing water and salt will pull you flat so I will add a little more liquid to the intra drink along with some more salt
Rest day tomorrow for me and just an admin day so I’m hoping I can catch some sun before the thunderstorms kick in

I’ve not seen a test from them very recently as I think the previous going on have deterred people from using them.
However for them to be able to operate again I would assume they would of had to sort the issue out first but that’s just speculation from me. Either way a second test is needed

Hey all.
Delts and tris for me today. I actually felt a little off today. I woke up in the night feeling a little sick and the same when I finished cardio. Then felt a big dip in energy while training so definitely not 100% but I still managed to progress everything today so I will take that.
In for back and bis tomorrow and looking forward to that
Weight was 251.3 this AM so a new low weight this prep but I did sleep for 9 hours so I would expect a little drop as I normally do after a rest day and longer sleep

When I’ve ever done it I would tense the bicep and wherever the top of the peak is jab there once the arm is relaxed and straight.

I don’t see you needing to change anything next time around really. You gained a good 15lbs there from start to end of mini cut.
Cycles don’t have to be progressive every time and this one agrees with you as bloods were good too.
Rinse this set up again and then progress the cycle after this one if you need to but for now you know what works and works well
