    Hey Matt

    So if your doctor is happy and has prescribed you that you will be good to go.

    – 2 or 3 times frequency a week won’t make much difference here. 2 times a week you are obviously having to administer it less often so I would suggest that.

    – HCG subQ with an insulin pin. In the lower stomach or upper leg fat

    – if done subQ for the cyp Its fine however I find that it can sit and lump up a little in some other guys. So for that reason I would always prefer IM here.

    – this can be administered with an insulin needle into a lean body part but again I would prefer a 1” 25g-27g needle to ensure it’s deep enough in the muscle.

    – medisave is a very good website for needles, syringes, swabs, sharp bins etc

    Leg day today

    Man it was a hot one.. under the mezzanine at UF Rotherham if anyone has ever trained there on a hot day you know it’s a hot box. One set of hacks and I was dripping.

    Strength was good today and everything was firing.. last few days I can tell I’m most definitely a little leaner. A few comments and quite a lot more vascularity.

    I’m really happy with the current look at 250 and we have so much scope to come down. Food is still high, steps are still very low. 25mins fasted cardio and body is responding to small changes.

    Also some more physio this morning and there is a big change in mobility from the previous months. I can now get in positions I’ve not been able to get in years which in turn is helping the posing no end

    Much needed rest tomorrow

    As rich says above or it could be how you are pressing.

    Try adding a foam roller behind the top of you back/traps like you will of seen in some of Kuba or AJs older leg videos. This will help set the hips back and keep you in the correct position

    Chest and bis today and a solid session in the books everything progressed or new numbers set.

    Check in this morning saw me at 251.9lbs likely a little lighter from the earlier night and a little longer sleep. Jordan made some adjustments by reducing 10g of seeds from some meals and loosing the pineapple out of the smoothies this is around a 400kcal drop so this should see me get down nicely into the mid 240s I would say.

    Legs tomorrow and I’m for some physio before which I need as my right scap is so damn tight again already. I’m pretty sure it’s from the driving as it’s recently got worse since training in Rotherham again.

    Another nice and early one tonight, I do feel a little stimmed up still however. I had jpre for the first time in a while and it’s sent me off my head haha.. just 1 serving next time I think ?

    The lower carb approach on rest days can be good for a number of reasons. Less active on a non training day so the cals/carbs aren’t needed as much, a rest for your digestive system from the training day food volume, will help with insulin sensitivity and give the pancreas a little rest, better and prolonged appetite to name a few

    Now if you have an active job and are active on days away from training then you will need to eat to your needs. If you are active enough the carbs will be utilised. Fat storage is from calories in vs calories out and being in a surplus, no particular macronutrient gets you fat.

    If eating carbs in your rest day is working then there is no need to change things imo

    Like the guys say above.. test is test at the end of the day so mixing the 2 won’t be an issue just keep frequency and mg the same and you shouldn’t really notice a difference.

    Early log entry for me.

    A very busy day on the client front today. Lot of people on daily or eod check ins for mini cuts, shoots or shows and a lot landed today. Plus a couple of new starters as Im back to taking on clients after a few months of being at capacity.

    I was hoping to go to ikea but I just never got time… 32 years old and I’ve never been but I need everything for the new place in Rotherham so I’m told it’s a must that I go there. Maybe next rest day haha

    Apart from that a couple of walks between meals and a top up from the supermarket and the last meal is about to go in.

    Phone away for bed and sleep for 9.. chest and biceps tomorrow and I absolutely love the session so I’m buzzing for that and legs over the next 2 days

    What size joggers do you wear for the new drop? And how tall are you

    2xl fits but for a baggier fit I would go 3xl if you have big legs and don’t like joggers snug.

    I’m 6’ 1 and the length is spot on
