Back and bis today. All numbers progressed. Slightly less connection than I usually get today but a productive session none the less followed by some posing. Still quite bloated in the midsection and holding some water in there from the GH but this will reduce as I get leaner.
Session today
Nautilus pulldown x 8 x 11 – first Set a 1 second squeeze in the short
Prime row x 9 x 14 second set loaded from the top leg mainly
Prime extreme row (over hand) x 8 x 13
Prime pulldown x 11 x 9… hold in the stretch
Chest supp DB rear Delt pull x 9 x 12 rp x 6
Sa bicep machine x 20 x 10
Sa DB preacher x 12 x 9
The last 3 exercises are what I can connect well with, without aggravating the tendonitis. Hence the high rep set first on the bicep movements. On chest an biceps in 2 days time the bicep work is heavier and lower rep ranges so I hit both across the week

I would get lean first as this is causing you stress. In any future growing phases be very cautious when increasing food amounts, do this slowly, keep active and take your time.

Hi jimmy,
Just curious about how you structure rep ranges for your hack sets. You said 3 set was heaviest.
What rep ranges per set are you aiming for?
And do you have a second rotation for legs?

It’s typicaly a 6-9 for a top set
10-12 for back off
There are some pauses and stretches in some exercises too.
I will document my next rotation of sessions in more depth so you can get a better idea.
I have only 1 rotation. This is something I favour over 2-3 rotations personally

Shop about bud.. you can pick some good deals up on eBay, gumtree etc now people are getting rid of some of their equipment from the last lockdown. Some real good bargains

Evening all
Delts and tris today
I woke up feeling super fresh and loose after my physio yesterday.
255.0lbs this morning so a touch up after rest day which doesn’t usually happen but I feel this may be down to the heat as my ankles were a touch swollen.
The session today was good. Numbers up and good control and connection through all movements.
Posing post wo I looked a little soft and flat compared to previous days but again I think this was down to training in the heat the last couple of days. I’ve been around this weight for nearly 2 weeks now so I’m due a drop in food or increase in expenditure to get things moving on.
In UF Rotherham for back tomorrow and not long left until I can basically walk over the road to it rather than the 3hr round trip ?

No need to front load anything imo. You generally just get a big spike which brings a bunch of sides

Cyclic dextrin is usually what sits well with most people.
I’ve personally never had an issue with any intra carb but when I used vitargo it sat awful. I could just feel it sat heavy at the bottom of my stomach and after speaking to a few people it seems quite common.
If you can digest it ok then great but you will only know if you give it a go first.

Rest day nailed
Had a very good physio session today with Matt and I feel brand new. We are now starting to work on how I can get into poses more comfortably and have the flexibility to do so with release and stretching techniques so I’m excited for this.
Apart from physio just plenty of client work. Everybody is killing it at the minute so I’m a very happy coach.
All done and dusted today so the phone will go away and In bed and asleep for 10 ready for the next 2 days on

Your ability to eat enough will pretty much dictate how big you can get. What is “big” for one won’t necessarily be big for another as hilly says person and situation depending
However the basic bones of it is yes. You need to eat a lot to get big for most

Legs legs legs today
Same weight again as last few days 115.0kg
I have ran out of jp cream of rice as I didn’t know it was a bank holiday so postage was a day later so this morning I had the American stuff and it just didn’t sit well with me at all. This left me pretty bloated and uncomfortable for most of the day onwards. But at least I know now that JP COR is the only one for me
Apart from that everything felt good in the gym.. nice and strong and no knee pain so it was a winner. Hack progressed nicely too and felt light today.
Posing after legs Is always a bit meh legs blown up and my upper had the life sucked out of it but I simply just do the quarter turns and mandatory poses for 2 rounds and still 5 second holds and get the hell out of there
Rest day tomorrow so I’m hoping the weather is nice so I can maybe get a couple of hours of sun. Training days I don’t get a minute so there is no chance.
