    Like Oscar says.. rowing movements like chest supported rows, cable rows are what I favour as I can get the elbow lowest towards the hip.

    Chest up. Shoulders down, scaps back and drag the elbow towards the hip ??

    I would personally start with the standing cable lateral on push A.. gets things nice and warm and doesn’t retract from pressing

    I know what you mean with the DB press after the incline press as I ran that for a while last year and I found it very difficult to progress for the same reason. We swapped it out for a machine press so there was more stability and chance to brace and things moved nicely from there so that maybe worth thinking about

    As Clare says it actually takes a tonne of pineapple to have a significant benefit from a digestion standpoint but usually 100-150g with meals is what is used in addition to the other supplements you are taking

    One of the best sessions I’ve had in a while today.

    UF Rotherham have upgraded kit again and I put them machines in in place of my usual lifts 2 and 3 as these are stalling and feeling a little numb and it felt so good! Chest was battered but pumped and connection was much better. Today just clicked.

    Jordan is happy with how things are looking and we need no changes just yet as everyday right now I’m getting better and better on this set up.

    Session today was

    Prime pec dec x 3
    Nautilus style chest press x 2
    Strive inc press x 2
    Prime flat press x 1 triple drop
    Assisted dips x 2
    Prime lateral machine x 4
    SA bicep curl x 4

    Posing after looked better again.. I’m in a v good position here and I feel like we can actually bring something pretty damn good

    Absolutely! The more drugs and total mg you use the more it can affect your appetite. This obviously differs person to person to how much they can tolerate before this becomes the case. Also compounds like tren can hurt your digestion and appetite along with that massively too

    I mainly agree with what Tommy says here. If a body part isn’t growing at the same rate as the rest it is usually down to execution. Adding drugs will not bring a body part up if it’s not been worked properly to stimulate growth.

    So I’m assuming you have ran cycles before and after them cycles you still now have lagging body parts.. this means the drugs didn’t fix that.

    What I’m saying is you really need to look at execution and why the body part is lagging. If you have corrected this like you say then rather than sporadically adding an oral just run another cycle and over time them body parts will come up bud.

    Private all the way.. Especially with the current climate of waiting times within the NHS due to the pandemic even if your case was very extreme it would take a long time before you got in

    You pretty much answered your own question there will.. the way you brace makes the movement more efficient for you.

    I personally brace when the bar is off the floor as I can get more air in and brace harder this way

    I wouldn’t remove it in a cut.

    If you are hitting maintenance phases like you say you could pull it out in one of them and then implement it back in the leaner you get

    You can get a rebound from pulling t3 yes

    however in your case once you have finished your diet then drop the t3 when your nice an lean. T3 doesn’t hamper natural production once removed unless you already had an underlying issue with the thyroid from the literature I’ve read.
