    I think the difference is minimal in these. Eliminates grip and forearm tension quite well I find.. they are ok

    I feel like this depends on the conversations you had prior.

    To an experienced individual macros and a plan will speak volumes.. however someone who is not as educated or experienced I feel as a coach it’s our job to make sure you understand the plan fully and are competent in executing this. For £125 a month if you feel lost or unhappy then you may have made a mistake in your choice. See how the month goes and if nothing improves then he/she may not be the coach for you but I would give it a little time first

    Solid leg session today

    All numbers up and no niggles so a good day.

    Checked in with Jordan sat at 255 so that’s already 12lbs down from peak weight. No changes needed here just yet things are looking much better.

    I received the clothes for the up coming clothing drop yesterday and it genuinely is next level.. all the pieces are top quality and fit spot on too!

    Rest tomorrow and it’s needed after the session today

    Chest and biceps today

    A decent session over at Rotherham.. I’m getting over there as much as possible to set numbers early in the prep before I move there permanently in the next 2-3 weeks the 3 hour round trip puts a dent in my day but I have always had AM and PM check in responses so it doesn’t affect client work.

    Sessions now are always finished with a couple of rounds of posing then some free posing this will be upped as I get deeper in prep.

    256 again this morning but most definitely tighter.

    Legs tomorrow and my knees feel fresh so I’m going to war

    Person depending but if you are feeling fatigued I would go to baseline volume (deload) if you are smashed I would always opt for complete days off

    As long as it’s not one particular exercise like haider says I do feel like the push, pull, off, legs, off with a hip hinge every other pull day is great for leg development and recovery

    At some point your body will need rest. Even if you feel it or not, after a prep your body is screaming, if you don’t rest your progress will stall fast.

    That being said while motivation is super high some pump work following the week of the show won’t cause any harm with the extra food.

    As bodybuilders we are terrible at taking a step back but in this case I feel like it’s a must for the majority

    Very solid rest day today

    Morning walk followed by work then the usual rest day food shop and a few short walks to nail my steps.

    The 1 less meal is making a huge difference to how I’m feeling at the moment. I feel fresh, more energetic and even hungry. All meals in so in bed for 9 ready to smash the next 2 days on!

    No I believe training it would help. Flushing plenty of blood to the site as you say as long as this is only a mild swelling that you would sometimes get from the odd off jab.

    If it’s a big swelling, hot to touch with a red rash then don’t train on it as it may be an infection worst case scenario but unlikely

    Back and bis today.

    A good session all round and being back in Rotherham more is elevating the sessions just that little bit more.

    All exercises progressed and some pics sent over to Jordan after. I was 256 this morning and I’m positive I can drop 20lbs easily just from the water and bloat alone from here so once that’s off we will have a better idea of how things are looking

    Mine was 40mg dbol a day for 6 weeks.. this was a common thing from the gym locker room talks about 10 years ago.

    I got strong and full quickly.. the water dropped off me pretty much straight away and I was back to square one
