    Evening guys I hope everyone had had a good weekend.

    I wish I could give a positive log today but I’ve had a pretty shit one today. Nothing major but everything fell flat today. Digestion and appetite have been terrible, training I was flat and 0 pump and just felt 0 connection and to top it off I tweaked my left shoulder it the press. It’s just been one of them days which we all get from time to time.

    Even though I feel fresh the signs from the last week in particular are telling me it’s definitely time to come down, right now I’m in no mans land and I’m just getting fatter and worse to be honest.. I’ll speak with Jordan tomorrow and I think he will agree it’s time to get things moving and pretty sharp. In order to make weight I’m looking at having to loose 2.5-3lbs a week from here.

    I would be careful in waiting too long to eat. Like Clare says possibly some EAA and glutamine after your morning cardio (assuming you are doing that) of just after wake. waiting that amount of time to eat you will certainly be in a catabolic state. So if your goal is to preserve as much muscle as possible then I would be consuming something a little sooner

    Rest day today and apart from getting out with the dogs to hit my steps I’ve been glued to the desk all day. Saturday is usually a quieter day for me on the client front but many of the guys are on multiple check ins and they all seemed to fall today and needed attention so it was eat, work, nap repeat. My knee still feels a little tender today so I’ll double up on join in and cure coming for a while.

    Delts and tris tomorrow and I’ll head over to Rotherham and train there.

    Jordan says we will stay where we are for another week before we start to bring things down! I can’t wait I’m so ready to get legit peeled this year with much improved mobility and in turn posing. 16 weeks out

    Hmm edema can be serious.

    As hilly says there can be too many causes so it would be simply speculation at this point

    With you at 1 week out I assume you are pretty lean so anything to cause the onset of Edema (assuming you haven’t binged for about a week straight) is likely to be causing a big upset to your body somewhere

    I wouldn’t over think it. If it starts to negatively impact things or how you feel day to day then I would look to cut down but if you feel ok and a couple of drinks helps you relax then I see no problem.

    Legs!

    Decent session today everything progressed nicely. I had a slight bit of tendonitis in my right knee which meant I had to drop the pause on the leg extension and hit a straight set.

    Rest day tomorrow and I will have an extra hour sleep and a steady morning which is more than needed

    When picking a coach it pays to take your time and do a little research. All the coaches on here are very good and it’s a case of finding one you relate with and like the work they have done with current/previous clients.

    I would approach a few who you think you may gel with and go from there

    I have and same problem with bikes the pump hurts. However after a couple of weeks it tends to get less and less I’ve found.

    If you are just starting cardio from a growing phase/offseason it might be an idea to possibly do half bike and half brisk walk so the pump isn’t as bad

    What ever tan product you are using they generally have a glaze product you can buy too. I find it’s best to use the same brand glaze and tan.

    Or possibly the show you are doing offer tanning and glaze

    Chest and bis today

    Felt and looked much better on wake this morning and the session was progressed nicely. My Atlantis inc press stayed the same which surprised me as the warm ups felt good however I’m happy with today’s session overall and connection with the chest

    In for legs tomorrow and looking forward to giving them a good smashing!

    What’s body fat/condition currently like?

    If you have high blood pressure in your family it’s very likely you are going to be susceptible to it too… then throw Tren, anadrol and a high body weight for you in the mix and you are asking for hypertension.

    It’s never a good idea to medicate with prescription drugs in order to push steroids imo especially tren and stay clear of Eq too.

    Because you have high blood pressure already in the family I would suggest using an ARB like telmisartan along with love heart from jp nutrition.

    BF is sitting at 15-18% pretty happy with how I look.

    Do you feel a total anabolics of 320mg is pushing IT?

    Anadrol is only added in on occasions for no more than 2 weeks.

    No 320mg isn’t pushing it it’s just the compounds you are using.. tren and anadrol are the worse compounds you can use along with eq for high blood pressure

    Apple Watch is garbage imo. Not accurate on many of its apps and functions I simply use mine for steps and that’s it

    Oura ring is the best out of them however I believe it can sometimes do more damage than good. Many people stressing out over variables that they previously had no idea about
