    I like 3 days off training and blood to be taken in the morning and make sure you are well hydrated

    There are a couple of pieces I really like.. usually their back kit. However as the guys say it’s a little hit and miss.. a few pieces are terrible

    Get bronzed are decent but if you are pale I’ve seen the odd bad tan from them. LSR as you can see are the best tanning company imo

    Evening all.

    Quite a busy day for me today. Over at the 2bros show early today where I had client Sam win his class. A special one for me as I’ve known Sam for years and always told him to compete so I was buzzing I had the opportunity to get him to the stage and take the win.

    I was supposed to drive back today but the last couple of weeks sleep apnea is nailing me and the last few nights sleeping in a different bed must of put me in a position to make it worse. Anyone who knows about sleep apnea knows it makes you constantly tired So there was no way I could complete a 4.5hr drive back today. I’ve slept and ate and got some steps in. Tomorrow I should be super fresh so one more deload session and I can crack on.. more than ready now especially after watching a show it always lights the fire watching people on stage.

    Have a rest bud. Depending on how beat up you feel either deload/devolume as the guys suggest or don’t be afraid to take a few days off. We need to be fresh to continue improving in the gym and it’s simply not possible when you are smashed. Rest up, get fresh and go again

    Rested up today

    Cardio and cooking with plenty of sleeping.

    Hit my steps with a couple of walks.

    Feeling more refreshed and relaxed today and the food has sat well

    Over at the mk classic tomorrow so looking forward to that.

    Can you not compete in both? Choose whichever is closer as your first show then possibly go on to novice class in the other depending on show dates. I competed in nabba first timers class in Northern Ireland 2019, I’m planning on doing nabba again and pca next year in NI

    Novice class next then bud if you stay in bodybuilding. Unless you feel good enough to enter a mr class

    Is compete in a number of feds.. nabba pca etc see which one you like the most and go from there. When you are in shape you may as well do a few shows

    Hi mate,

    Firstly how is your execution? You can have all the frequency in the world but unless you are effectively loading that muscle it will never optimally grow.. Providing execution is good then I see no problem with the session as long as you can recover from them

    Rest day diet and rest up as much as possible presuming you can keep food down.

    When you feel better maybe a couple of short walks in the day but while you still feel ill I’d not move and recover

    Devolume legs today and rock bottom volume was needed. I felt smashed this morning so I’m definitely looking forward to getting fresh again. It will take another 3 devolume sessions from here I would expect.

    Session still felt good and it did the job with PBs taken

    Don’t like either labs, I would stay clear tbh.

    I’ve not personally used them but clients of mine have and got minimum if anything from them. The labs were always switched out mid/ beginning of cycle so I’ve never seen any blood work to conclusively say for sure

    Get a little leaner first and then go in at 300-400mg test e per week will be a good starting point

    Devolume chest and bis done.

    It is what it is and the session did what it was supposed to.. logbook progressed on the sets I did and pressing is feeling good at the minute..

    Today’s session was

    Prime pec dec x 2
    Atlantis inc press x 1
    High inc smith x 1
    Prime flat press x 1
    Assisted dip x 1
    Lateral machine x 2
    Biceps x 4

    On a devolume I believe biceps and delts can still take a little more volume. In this case I kept laterals at 2 simply because I felt the job was done after 2 good sets. Biceps once locked in cause little fatigue so I still hit my usual 4 sets here.

    Legs tomorrow will be super low as I believe it’s the last leg day that sent me over the edge this time.

    Hi Jimmy. Do you take any supplements prior to your cardio or is it just water , quite a long time before your first meal from wake . Kind regards

    Hi Adam.. on wake I have 1 whole lemon with 10g glutamine and around a litre of water.

    As I’m heating meal 1 in the pan I will have my morning supps with 1 serving veggie mite and join in

    The time between wake and meal one is good for me at the minute as my last meal is late I still feel it on wake so this Routine gets me feeling empty again
