Not excessive imo however it will depend on how caffeine sensitive you are. If you feel good off that amount you’re good to go mate

I prefer it morning added in with cardio and posing and this is where the vacuum practice comes in also, makes it much easier on an empty stomach.
If not tag them on at the end of any session

In for legs today. 262 on wake and digestion much better already from the cardio.
Numbers progressed, some stayed the same but legs today just didn’t feel as good as last week today. Possibly the addition of the extra expenditure until things settle down in a few days.
Much needed rest day tomorrow. A couple of plans to send out and then I’ll chill

When this happens or even if a movement just stops feeling good then simply swap for another similar movement and then run that into the ground too

500mg Tren in offseason, you won’t be able to eat properly?
750mg test I would only recommend if body composition allows
1mg adex eod.. is this a guess or have you gone off bloods? And same with caber
T3 is not needed with tren as far as I’m aware

As Kuba says 100 is low. Get bloods done first and determine how much you need from
then for a cruise dose applicable to you.No need to taper down just go into the cruise dose once you are finished with the cycle

Evening all. Day done so signing off the phone and tech for an hour pre bed. I’ve done this for a while but recently I’ve been so busy and my days long I’ve not had the time to be an hour off my phone and tv etc before sleep.

Chest and bis today. All numbers up. I should be back to full pressing load within a week or 2 more sessions I’d say. Then I’m pressing correctly with max load so can only be a very good thing.

First morning of cardio this morning. 25 mins at 120bpm. Non of the gyms where I live are open when I do cardio so it will be in a bike in the shed. Today I had to walk until the bike gets here. A speedy walk to get heart rate up but shin pumps absolutely nailed me too so it was a painful one for a good 23 mins of the walk lol. Not something I’ve come across.. however logically I don’t see the reason not to employ a concentric or shortening of the muscle in any given movement. Slow eccentrics are beneficial yes but I would still like to shorten the muscle first. Unless I’m missing something but that’s my opinion on this.

RDLs for me are the one here… full posterior work and the ability to load heavy.

Sounds like you need a good rest mate. From what you have said I would start by taking 3 full days off training. I don’t see a deload/devolume being enough here.
Rest up for 3 days minimum, get fresh with plenty of sleep and go again if you feel ready.. don’t be scared to take upto a week off if you feel like you need the extra rest

Hi all.
Rest day and check in day for me today. I wasn’t happy with this mornings check in at all. As I mentioned to j with the bad digestion etc I have no control over my midsection so the look is completely different. This was needed to get the tissue on but now it’s on we can come down.
Jordan has implemented 25 mins of cardio every morning and dropped some food in the way of butter and some sunflower seeds.

This will see better digestion and tighten things up a little more so I’m keen to crack on with that.In for chest tomorrow and I’m buzzing for the session, this is one of my favourites and now I’m working the chest more and not front delts as I’m more mobile I see new developments every session.

Very likely inflammation from returning to the gym and extra stress on your body.

Unless you are very lean I don’t see a need to be too concerned about daily weight, weekly weight is more a more accurate way to measure variables and how you look.Instagram: jimmytonk
