    Are you programming the sessions any different to allow for better recovery bud? Like we mentioned the other day? Less sets on legs, lower loading etc or are you taking the arm day as an “active recovery day”?

    Chest and bis today … absolutely nailed the chest with how tadas has me pressing. Cns fried and now I need to recover through sleeping lots before legs tomorrow!

    Hi mate.. yeah I do like it there for legs in particular. The nautilus ham curl is something else… haha Id like to get another 5 plates on there, I think anything after that is risky business ?

    Hmm I’m the same as hilly I get 0 sides or feel any different from yohimbine. If it’s rohm and it’s from a reliable source I wouldn’t be too concerned.

    It’s possible that when you squat your stance is different from being locked in a machine, possibly wider and knees travelling out, this will load the adductor more. I would leave back squats out for a week or 2. Make sure you get some mobility work in before the sessions and you warm up properly. Sounds like you have just strained it a bit so a little rest should see it heal

    Patrick uses insulin with most clients. I believe his standpoint is that large doses aren’t necessary and it’s only used to accommodate where needed (stress off the pancreas) instead of using it to aid pushing food etc.

    That’s the best way to utilise insulin, would help if he actually replied tho ?

    Chest and bis today and I was in with tadas who helps me with mobility and works in conjunction with my physio.
    .
    My cns is fried after today. Last session we did mobility before the session that I found pretty taxing but today we moved things on and did a few more drills, it was hard..almost a little too hard before the session and I was pretty beat up before we started so will need to scale down next time.
    .
    However it did leave me primed for pressing, with much more movement in my scaps.
    After that we went through the session making sure ever rep was nailed in the chest every rep had a great amount of tension and I was left absolutely smashed. I literally felt like I had trained legs the way my cns was.
    .
    I’m in for legs tomorrow and I’m hoping I’m not too buried. I’ve napped between each meal and will get to bed early and nap inbetween each meal tomorrow then we nail legs

    I don’t see why not. As long as condition is ok otherwise you could end up like a watery barrel. Also you’ll need food and appetite in a good place too

    Evening guys.

    Rest day for me today and a decent one. All meals in and finished early so an early night it is. Physio this afternoon with Matt has loosened my scaps up and I feel much better. 6,5k steps done a little later on a dog walk. The walking is already becoming much easier. First few longer walks my back was pumped to death…
    .

    In for chest and biceps tomorrow..I’m being overseen by tadas to make sure the execution of my pressing is on point and doesn’t slip during the session…

    Checked in this morning also and Jordan was happy with pics, 19 weeks to the first regional and I’m itching to get things going and see what we can do this year from this position

    I’d give 200 a go micro dosing and see how you get on. If you still get the bad sides this time tren just isn’t the drug for you moving forward

    Evening.. in for back today… session felt very good. A great connection with the back from start to finish.. the 10-15 mins of mobility beforehand is really helping, it’s quite difficult at the minute and previously something this taxing before training I would refuse to do as I believed it would retract from my session. It has the opposite effect as it allows me to get in the positions I need to and shorten the muscles just that bit more and man it hurts (in a good way) …

    Check in tomorrow for me I was 260 this morning but still no GH in so this would be a 264-265 I reckon as I usually drop that much if it’s out. I will be 19 weeks out this weekend and need 45lbs off just to make weight but I’m confident and so is Jordan that this will be a decent look… soo peeled I’ll be clinically dead but that’s what we want 🙂

    Hey bud.

    You say you haven’t trained through lockdown and this will have a big impact on going back to the gym and how you feel.
    .
    It’s likely you will need to concentrate on relearning movement patterns as just being “back under a bar” will feel strange and asking muscles to work that haven’t done so In a long time.
    .
    Training going back to the gym needs to be progressive, it a big shock to your cns going from nothing so be patient and build from the bottom up and it will come.
