    Rebound out slowly, only eat foods you know sit well with you. This is best to keep midsection nice and tight imo

    If you need to do cardio after training and can’t do it fasted it’s fine In my opinion. I’m with hilly and would have this as my other preferred time after fasted being number one

    Later than usual log entry from me. You know the drill by now, nodded off waiting for meal 6 on the sofa.

    Delts and tris today a good overall session and the battle with resetting my pressing continues. The session feels great on the delts and tris now I’m pushing more effectively with the target muscle it just means I have to constantly concentrate on my cues and fight against my bodys want to always go back to the way of pressing its used to. It’s as simple as scaps down and back and more external rotation from the elbows but this is easier said than done when your scaps are stuck and you have little to 0 external rotation. My body doesn’t want to move in this way but it’s the only way so I need to bully it into position.

    Hey bud. If you have pics that will help however if you are 20-25% BF then you need to cut. The more fat you carry the less responsive you will be, insulin sensitivity will likely be shot and so on.
    Get the fat off and then rebuild bud.

    Vitamin c is water soluble. This means when taken in excess our bodys will look to urinate it out. This is where the diuretic effect of loading vit c will come from in peak week as hilly speaks about.

    Hey Kai this is very very common.

    Firstly drop the load you are using. Until you can move in the way required, minimum load is needed and im talking 3-5kg dumbbells or 1 plate or biscuit cable stack.

    Let’s take a standing cuffed lateral

    Cues:
    – tuck scapulas back and down as much as possible and keep them there the whole time.

    – slightly bent knees and lean very slightly forward.. this stops you from leaning back and shrugging up when you tire.

    – never lift up… lift out. Imagine you have a wall each side of you that you could only just touch at full reach, the aim is to touch the wall every rep.

    – to take any pressure of the front delt you want your pinky finger leading slightly.

    – no momentum in the concentric just tension on the medial delt. You will tire fast but when it’s failed it’s failed don’t be tempted the start shrugging or chucking the weight.

    – get used to the fact you will be lifting next to nothing. This will be very humbling but It’s necessary to be able to hit the target area and be patient with progress ??

    I agree with jack. If possible warm up before you get in the gym. You could do this at home if it’s close enough to the gym. Ideally you want to be walking straight in and over to exercise number 1. A good leg day can be nailed in 90 mins

    Firstly I would be asking do you need a coach? What value would a coach bring to you? If your goal is to get stronger and grow the knowledge you need for that is all on here and then some.
    However on the flip side if you want a coach for accountability, you just prefer to be told what to do etc then a coach would be a good move.
    .
    When choosing a coach do your research, research and research some more. Do you share the same values and believe in their methods, have you seen their work with clients, can they offer the level of service you need/want and so on.

    Rest day done. A solid day of work but napping and getting the meals in early too ready to set me up for the next 2 days training. 6.5k steps up from 2k helped a touch with digestion too.

    So ending the push up at 210lbs I would like to see protein higher 280-300g would be a better place imo.

    If you get on with high fats that’s all good however I would make sure the majority of your fats come from polly saturated fats. Sunflower seeds or sunflower seed butter is a very very good fat source to use and calorie dense also so it allows you to push the envelope in terms of calories with little volume.

    Legs smashed today. Good session. Numbers held and progressed. My legs are feeling a little fresher at the minute and not many niggles so I can really shift some weight.
    .
    After the weekend at the show and a bit of travel I’m 4lbs down this morning. GH has been out for a few days while I wait for some more so that’s contributed too. I have just lost a little fullness and pop I had before. Also lantus back in fully from today and man it makes such a difference. Digestion much better and less bloat.
    .
    Very very busy on the client front at the minute. All the guys and girls are hitting their stride and all looking great. The work load if a lot but it’s very fulfilling when it’s all clicking for everyone.
    .
    Rest tomorrow and I will take full advantage to nap, get the meals in early and get work smashed too. A couple of walks with the dogs too to hit the steps so I’m praying for a nice day
