I use grass fed butter in my diet. It’s a great and easy way to up fats/calories when food is high and you are looking to minimise volume in meals etc.

Hey Rico.
You can pin the sust e5d and wouldn’t notice much if any difference tbh at that frequency but like you have pointed out it’s better to pin it Ed or eod. If you are susceptible to sides like acne etc the higher frequency and micro dosing will be better suited

Another week down guys.
Today I headed back from Maidenhead. It was a 3hr drive to the gym (I was passing) which was UF Rotherham so I hit my session on there then another 90 mins home so again a lot of driving and a busy but successful weekend polished off.
.Chest and bis went well. I’ve completely rejigged my form on pressing as I mentioned earlier in the week from working with tadas so today’s lifts were down quite a bit however I’m now hitting my chest in areas I’ve not felt in years if not ever. I’m super confident although the load isn’t as heavy the stimulus of the actually loading the part of the muscle fully will invoke an initial response until I manage to get the loads back up to where they were so I’m expecting some some quick initial changes to be honest.

Stomach today has played up from start to finish so I’m not happy, I ran low on lantus to only had a third of my usual dose over the last 2 days and it’s definitely had a negative impact.

Thanks for the quick reply, I’m new to the blast/cruise route and probably been reading too many people’s thoughts and opinions on here who are much more advanced than me. I’m cool with 8 weeks cruise though!
Cycle history this was my 3rd cycle other two both being testE/Nandrolone 12 week cycles but coming off and doing a full pct and a good time inbetween cycles.
Lockdown and no gyms was a bitch as it was for everyone else so with the equipment i had at home that low cycle helped me through until i could start training properly at a gym again over a month ago.
Fairly happy where i am physique wise now not quite where i was at so that was the reasoning of cruising this round then adding a strong blast phase before coming off and doing full pct
Unsure what i will do for my blast yet though!
That makes sense bud.
So my advice would be a minimum of 8 weeks cruise with full blood work at the end of the 8 weeks. If you are unsure what you are looking for in the results post it on here so we can take a look and let you know.

Hey. As Rhea says abs are more visible through lower body fat. You can train them with all the will in the world but if your body fat is too high they won’t be too visible, however the leaner you get the more visible they become. If abs is your goal then my advice would be to get as shredded as possible

So firstly I would be asking why only 4-6 weeks for a cruise before pushing a higher dose cycle?

What’s your experience with anabolics? Ie how many cycles over how long etc

Very seasoned competitors or guys and girls of a very high standard may bridge cycles with that time period to “get responsive” or if running high dosages.

I would say a longer cruise phase before adding a more aggressive cycle personally.

Hey Andrew.. I can guarantee almost everyone that has dieted to a large extent has at some point or another binged, no matter how big or small that may be so you are not alone.
4 days of cramming food in will have had an impact on the was you look, more so the leaner you are. Also the scales

However all is not lost. As long as it’s nipped I’m the bud now you can rectify this. Drop back to your cardio/exercise and calories you were on before and get the excess water weight off. This may take 5,7,10 days to get weight back down but it will come off just keep persevering until you are back there and then go ahead with your initial plan.

Today was rest and I’m down in Maidenhead for the 2bros qualifier. I had just one client in today who manages a 1st and 2nd in his classes so I’m mega happy for him.

It’s been a mega long couple of days for me. I’m a very typical and sedentary bodybuilder I hate being out of routine and just driving and being in a different environment seems to tire me so much. This is something I’m trying to work on as I can’t live my life between the sofa and the gym forever or can I lol
.
I was supposed to head back today but I’m tired and the shows finished later than I thought so I’m well equipped with enough food and a kitchen here and I’m going to get an early night and head back first thing tomorrow so I’m fresh.

Today was my first day of tracking steps. Jordan is happy with the look but 2000 steps in a rest day and 4000 on a training day is low so he’s upped it to 6.5 on a rest day and 4 on training this will tighten this current look up nicely with prep just around the cornerInstagram: jimmytonk

A pretty easy fix here to get things moving again as calories are still in a decent place.

Drop a couple of hundred calories out of training day by taking carbs down to 300 on and I would also take carbs to 200 on a rest day and fats to 70 and make sure you are training hard in the gym.This should get things moving

Late log entry for me tonight.
Trained back and bis today. My back was already a little sore from the scap retractions I’m yesterday’s delt session. The session as a whole was good and a decent connection.

I drove straight from training down to Maidenhead for the 2bros show. This absolutely nailed me and as soon as I got in my room I slept until my next meal then cooked all night and stayed on top of clients. Last meal just gone in and I’m off straight to bed. Glad you are feeling better bud. I like having them pre and post. The reason being I’m trying to stimulate MPS as many times in the day at a minimum time of 2 hours between. However if they fit into your day intra then it’s all good. There is no right and wrong here just whatever fits best for your set up

Delts and tris today and a very productive day.

Today I was in with tadas one of the gyms I will be working with to ensure my push sessions are executed properly.
.
The session was still the same however we started with Mobility and tad would put me in the correct position. While pressing I cannot retract my scaps as I always say but it turns out my rhomboids aren’t working or engaging at all. This is what allows my shoulders to roll forward due to their weakness.
.
If you can imagine a bpak session it’s very much like that and man my triceps and delts are toast! I have doms already and engaged with muscle groups in a way I haven’t felt before. This excites the shit out of me as I know this will be massive for my physique.
.
The loads were down as expected and I will need some time to build them back up but it’s a case of needs must and I’m happy to make sure everything is perfect. A badly executed exercise with a heavy load will never compare to correctly loading a muscle causing maximum tension.
