    Solid rest day today. Got everything done and meals in early and feeling nice and chilled.
    Since wearing the Apple Watch it comes back to me hitting around 3200-3400 average steps a day which is pretty sedentary. This is a good thing as when I start prep it’s likely I’ll just have to up steps to 5000-8000 a day around there’s to get a good response and still on high food.

    I was 263lbs this morning Jordan foresees me being absolutely legit, skinless at around 215lbs but bigger than last year. So 20 weeks out this weekend and 48lbs to loose. This may seem a lot to most but I will easily be able to get to 230 without much change. I miss one day of GH and I loose 3lbs. 263 for a 6 foot man isn’t big but the amount of food I have to eat and lack of expenditure I need just to hold this is silly. Im buzzing to start prep now even tho I feel like I’m just in the groove to grow, I also feel like this year will be my time and I can show people what I am capable of on the condition front.

    As the guys say it contains digestive enzymes so used in your diet as a whole it will have the ability to aid digestion in some form or another. The impact it will have though will likely to be minimal. Don’t use tinned though use fresh whole pineapple or the chunks in the tubs in the supermarkets.

    Hi mate. If GH keeps you fuller with no detriment to your condition like you say it’s a no brainier to keep it in. If it’s leaving lumps subQ then IM is the way to go but start IM from now to make sure you

    Last jab if competing on the Sunday will be thurs/Friday as long the injections are going in ok and haven’t been leaving any lumps etc
    .
    20mg for halo is the usual ball park dose and first time use.

    It’s a difficult one is this, I see the v squat used incorrectly 99% of the time. If used correctly it can be a good movement but it’s no substitute in comparison to a squat for leg development imo. However that being said 3 knee issues when squatting is also a sign to stay away from that movement for good, it’s not worth the risk.
    .
    In the session I would put the leg press before the vsquat and use that as your heavy loading movement, then take your time on getting the set up of the vsquat right.

    Hey man.

    So first thing is first I would drop the weekly refeed It’s not needed right now. If you can get away with a meal off and carry on making progress that’s great but not everyone can get away with it.

    It’s simply down to energy balance and I feel the meal off may be hampering that.
    .

    With your current calorie intake along with the 45 min cardio and resistance training plus 12k steps I would expect you to be still dropping weight. Drop the weekly refeed and up steps to 14k daily. This should get things progressing again and make sure you are training HARD in the gym

    Leg extensions and leg curl for me legs want to be aligned straight. Which would leave you just under hip width apart. This will ensure maximum efficiency in engaging muscle fibres from their direction.

    Take a bicep ez bar curl for example. Using the wider shoulder width grip aligns with the bicep fibres and is most optimal. Although the closer grip is also effective there is more pressure on the shoulder joint like the hip joint in the leg curl when we want as much freedom of movement as possible.

    This becomes more important the bigger your legs and adductors are too.

    Hey bud.

    From what you have said I would take some rest. As motivated as you feel right now training will just put your body under more stress and you could prolong this further digging yourself into a hole.

    Your recovery will already be hampered from being ill and your sessions will likely be sub par.
    .
    Still do your walks and stay as active as you feel you can manage without overdoing it but focus more on resting up. Take the hit and come back next week fresh, ready and able to progress and recover would be my advice

    Evening all

    Legs today and it nailed me! A very good session with all numbers progressed and some very good weights been taken with good control and feel. I need to be careful as I know genetically my tendons, ligaments are close to what they can handle at the minute. This is frustrating because the power is there however adding intensity techniques like pauses and bands really helps. Everything is looking good and I was 262lbs this morning so things are on the way up with the extra food

    Hey guys
    Busy day today as you can imagine. I’ve just woke up on the sofa so I will drag my ass to bed.
    Chest and bis today. Everything progressed and it felt much better than last session so a good result. It was also awesome to have the atmosphere back in the gym and just be around people getting at it. I definitely prefer a full buzzing gym than an empty one!
    In for legs tomorrow and it’s going to be disgusting. The logbook is looking rather scary but we get after it with everything

    Yes I’m sure me and Oscar are doing the same or very similar splits and sessions. We need to make improvements in the same areas so it makes sense. So far the chest session hasn’t changed at all as I’m still progressing all movements and they are feeling good. Basic set up of the session

    I wouldn’t be concerned at this while on. Ryan has pretty much nailed what I would suggest. Some oily fish in your diet will also help if you don’t already too.
