Hey mate. You look great so well done there!
For me this is without a doubt the most important phase you will do. The goal is to be able to rebound out while adding lean tissue but adding minimal body fat. This will allow you to enter an off-season phase in a very good and responsive position.

This will mean you are likely to be hungry for a while yet.

I would add an extra 100-150 carbs a day to begin with depending on the client and 50g c or so onto a rest day. (Body will be very hungry from this and brain screaming at you to eat more and possibly binge so be careful)

If fats are low I would up these slightly too but only by 10-15g to start on training days and 20g on rest days.

Some people lower protein in this phase but again depending where your protein sits you can keep it where it is or if reasonably high reduce by 15-20% on average imo
.Cycle wise i like to rebound out on a cycle and get the most bang for your buck… 6-8 weeks upping the food as you go and reducing your output before you have a break and get fresh.

Hey guys
Busy day today as you can imagine. I’ve just woke up on the sofa so I will drag my ass to bed.
Chest and bis today. Everything progressed and it felt much better than last session so a good result. It was also awesome to have the atmosphere back in the gym and just be around people getting at it. I definitely prefer a full buzzing gym than an empty one!
In for legs tomorrow and it’s going to be disgusting. The logbook is looking rather scary but we get after it with everything

Thank you guys, one more question. What you think of the Prime shoulder press plate loaded. With this machine you push in a straight line like a barbell press, while other plate loaded machines push up and towards each other.
For me personally the prime plate loaded shoulder press is the best shoulder press I have used by far. If you have the option to have one I most certainly would. I know a lot of the guys on here rate it also

Hey bud.
It’s always a good idea to get a fertility test and then if good freeze sperm In my opinion.
It’s very individual wether or not long term steroid use will hamper your ability to have children in the future so I wouldn’t leave it to chance and give yourself more options for the future.

Regular massages will help break down the scar tissue, there are also other treatments like shockwave therapy if you have this available to you. I would give the sites a break for a while too

Early log for me tonight as I’m signing off for the day. Today concludes the busiest coaching week I’ve had so far it’s been brutal but now rewarding to know each and everyone is buzzing with their new plans and getting into the gym.
.Check in pics this morning were ok I’m happy with where I’m at for 260, I’m still lean but full too and still growing. This next couple of weeks will cement this look for me and make prep a lot easier. However this year you will undoubtedly see the leanest me to date which I’m looking forward too.
.So as I mentioned yesterday today I will have a meal off as it’s my bday tomorrow and today is rest day. I had the subway which pretty impressively matched my swapped meal macro for macro pretty much. This also gave me the opportunity to taste the maverick bar which I had a bit of and it’s pretty damn good for a protein bar. I had some of the caramel one which tasted a little like a snickers.

I also got the Apple Watch 6 today. With prep on the horizon and Jordan telling a couple of guys doing the same show as me to start counting steps I thought I better be prepared. I think my average step total is around 2-5,000 steps a day so very low but again this puts me in a very good place for prep.
.Ending the week with the gyms in England opening tomorrow soooo a big GET INNN is in order! Have a fantastic week next week and enjoy the training guys.

If that ends up being the case then reduce to maintenance calories or very slightly above and hold there until you can train again.
Some cure-coming AM and PM will help with inflammation also mate

Hi guys
Back today and and a great session. The physio yesterday helped loads so today I was mobile and strong. All lifts progressed but with great form, control and connection. I’ve really hit my stride again apart from the session yesterday with the tightness issue all sessions are moving well and it’s starting to show.

I have the usual off season problem of just being constantly full and hating food but I know this is only for a few more weeks. I will have a meal off plan tomorrow, it’s my birthday on Monday so rest day tomorrow I’ll have something, possibly a sub way and try the new maverick bar (I know..steady on right haha)I’ll get pics tomorrow so hopefully this time the lighting is good and my clicker works to be able to post some pics up. I hate the quality of videos they are never a true representative of what I look like

To your first question you can take the GH whenever before bed it’s synthetic so it won’t be affected.
The peptide video hilly did was awesome so definitely watch that and it will give you all the info you need 🙂

Non need to drop it. If your peeled dropping the test out will cause you to loose fullness. At 500mg you are middle of the road here so a safe bet.

All looks good and the suggestions holly and Clare have made are good shouts.
I would favour a more of a solid whole food approach to post wo with it being your last meal.. chicken rice and sunflower seeds for example.

I agree with the guys here you sound run down. 2-3 full days rest to get fresh and go again. Sleep as much as you can in the time off too

This is nothing to worry about. If there is no pain or restriction like you say there isn’t then it’s likely the bruising was caused by the injection itself.
