    Delts and tris today and a slightly mixed bag. I was up on most movements but I lost a rep on the dips and jm press this was down to tightness, luckily I had some physio with Matt after and I felt brand new.
    .
    With the gyms opening up on Monday I can finally get going with Matt and tadas. Matt will do my physio and fix my issues of scap retraction and everything else that’s not working properly and tadas will be my mobility/execution guy in the push sessions making sure I’m using the intended muscles. These 2 work In tandem to make sure I’m firing all cylinders. As I re gained the 20lbs I lost so fast it’s locked me up and pressing is just nailing my front delts. I’m excited to get going because this has been an issue fir me for so long and it’s slowing me down.

    Hey bud.

    So firstly now you are getting into the gym this will make a big difference and you will loose a good chunk of weight just by being more active in there.
    .
    It’s very important that you make this sustainable for yourself you are right. Food wise I would start by making healthier choices but don’t completely restrict yourself initially as long as you stay within your calorie total to avoid any binges or cravings.
    .
    Here’s where I would suggest to start for yourself
    .
    Find your average daily steps.
    Have a solid gym plan
    Make a daily routine for yourself
    Give yourself a daily water intake goal
    .
    Calorie wise it’s very difficult to say but this will be a marathon not a sprint so possibility start around 3500 calories a day and 3000 calories on a non training day.
    .
    See what your weight does from here. It’s likely it will drop off fast to begin with now you will be working hard in the gym. Once weight loss stalls I would up your daily steps by a couple of thousand or add in a morning walk. Then when that stalls drop a little food and so on in this fashion.

    Hey bud. There are many ways you can go around this. With 4 days I would favour an upper/lower split.

    Upper lower off upper lower off off repeat.
    Or
    Upper off lower off upper off lower off repeat

    Logbook wise I get mine off amazon. Just search “gym logbook” and you can pick them up for around 5-10 pound

    Evening all

    Rest day for me today and started off with a good lie in. Then my day was spent at the desk for the next 10 hours. I only moved to cook and eat. Absolutely buzzing to get everyone in England back in the gym in just a few days and the mood in everyone is 10 times better and I’m looking forward to having the atmosphere back when I’m training.

    Delts and tris Tomorrow so let’s see what we can squeeze out of that. Every session is like d-day in the gym for me atm, I want this pro status so bad and I believe this year can be the year. I just need to make it happen through my actions and what I can control. Let’s GO

    Is there a specific reason behind the ammount of veg in your diet at the moment?

    Hey bud. The swede was added in previously to balance blood glucose a little better while using lantus and the courgette was for volume, when I started working with Jordan I was starving from being lean for so long previously so these have just stuck around while I can still eat. This is what I’m assuming as I’ve not asked Jordan personally about the courgette but I’m pretty sure that will be why

    I’d remove the egg whites straight away.

    Then as you have done cut back on food and drink more water

    Rapeseed oil or I really like sunflower seeds However it’s likely if you are looking for value for money olive oil will be your best bet

    Clare and Kelly mentioned a few too it’s a case of finding one that’s the best value in your area if you are looking to save money

    Meal 1:
    200g keta salmon , 175g prawns
    Cook in 5g grass fed butter
    150g COR
    60g sunflower seeds

    Meal 2:
    350g low fat steak mince
    Cook in 5g grass fed butter
    200g courgette
    100g swede
    120g cream of rice
    60g sunflower seeds

    Meal 3: pre meal
    250g tuna steak
    50g white fish
    400g white potato
    100g swede
    200g courgette
    60g sunflower seeds

    pre shake
    100g pineapple
    200g strawberry
    100g blueberries
    60g pea protein isolate
    20g sunflower seeds

    During training 100g performance fuel

    Post training:
    Same blended shake as pre

    Post meal 90 mins later
    150g cor
    375g white fish mix
    100g swede
    200g courgette
    60g sunflower seeds

    MEAL 5:
    300g keta salmon

    Legs today and a good session.

    I’m at the point now where my strength on my legs is getting very high with big loads. The only issue is that my legs always break before my strength some more fibres popped today on my second set of hack and I’m maxing the machine out on my final set so I feel a change of exercise is needed. I will speak to jordan and see what he thinks.
    The addition of the butter in my diet seems to be giving me some stomachache. This may be coincidence so until I run the diet another couple of days I won’t know for sure.

    Much much needed rest tomorrow and a sleep I’m also before a full day of clients plans for the opening of the gym ??

    Hey Paul. Many people are in the same situation and now the gyms are finally opening in England eve row has a new found motivation which is great.

    Without pics it’s hard to say 100% however if you know you are carrying a little too much fat then a mini cut to get it off would be ideal.

    Get the fat off, get yourself into a good position and then push up ??

    If it’s just bloat from carbonated drinks then I’d pull them at 2 weeks out. If it’s something that upsets the stomach then pull it now, this is where the inflammation will come from so the sooner you drop that the better.

    Chest and bis today and a solid session. Everything progressed and a huge pump had me feeling big today in the gym and arms are looking much improved also.

    I checked in with Jordan this morning but the clicker I use never works properly when I hit my poses and it pisses me off soo much in a cold garden so today after some failed pics I sent over video check in. Jordan seems happy and im getting close to being a little more satisfied with the morning look too

    Food has been upped a little

    Swapped out a cod meal for lean beef and added some butter. I will get it wrote Up and add it on here

    I agree 3-4 iu is definitely worth it. Out of them I would go ansamone but as holly says all 3 at the moment have been getting a lot of mixed feedback
