    As Kuba says I imagine you are pretty lean so are insulin sensitive but a “natural hypo” will always correct itself with no other issues apart from you feeling a little shitty.

    Eat more and add or you intra wo carbs if you don’t have them in already bud

    Solid days rest today.

    It was needed because I was very tired.

    I actually had a sleep in this morning until 830 and this seemed to help with appetite and digestion. Sleeping longer I woke up hungry. My blood sugar was down to 3.6
    Before some meals today so I know I’m definitely using all the food I’m eating.

    In for Delts and tris tomorrow so an early night and then smash the logbook ??

    Hey man.

    You will find a lot of the athletes on here have all being in a similar position. Trying to make ends meet in a job that saps your soul and effects wellbeing.

    At some point there has to be a decision. If you can’t picture yourself doing what you are doing now for a number of years and enjoying it with a good quality of life then it’s time to do everything in your power to find that new job. It’s inevitable that you will need to take risks but if you are persistent I can tell you it will pay off.

    No need to cycle clen. Take it through.

    If it’s your first time I’d start on 20mcg to test your tolerance and then go up in 20mcg intervals every 2 weeks or so. If still progressing no need to up the dose after 2 weeks

    Definitely carry on pushing mate. You are still in good shape and have room to grow more in this phase until you will need to pull back.

    Don’t get too tied up with staying too lean all the time as you will sell yourself short and miss out on building more tissue while you are in the groove.

    A few factors you mentioned that could affect that for sure bud.

    Deadlifting for the first time in ages the day before wasn’t the best idea and could of definitely thrown things out of whack.

    A few high protein meals in during the day

    Medichecks – they have just been suspended for quality control you may have seen. All results all over the place so it’s highly likely this was an inaccurate result

    I would rest a minimum of 2 days before. Make sure you are well hydrated and try and get the test as early in the day as possible. I would implement some jp nutrition vital support in your health stack if you don’t already to make sure you are staying on top of your kidney health

    Hey bud. As Clare says this is person specific but the common foods that cause issues that you have are

    Eggs- most commonly
    Yogurts/dairy
    Cyclic dextrin
    Broccoli
    Peanut butter

    Definitely remove the eggs to begin with. What’s the rest of your meal 1? And your final meal before bed

    Legs today and I am smashed. Today after my first couple of warm up sets on the adductor I knew it was game on!

    Today’s session was one of them that the pump was so big it hurt. Long rest between sets to let the tightness settle but I was also very strong and everything felt so nice. Quads and hams were very full and it’s nice to have that feeling again in the lower

    Today’s session

    Adductor x 2
    Hack x 3
    Leg ext x 3
    Lying ham curl x 3
    SLDL x 2
    Hyper x 2
    Calves x 4

    So 15 sets plus calves. This is a lot of volume for my legs but only hitting them once a week they can cope with it. Volume may need to be reduced in a few weeks as I can see myself getting very strong which will demand more recovery but for now this is working

    There are a number of foods that you are having that can be culprits for gas.

    Acid reflux will be caused by the tren most likely.

    I would switch to low food map foods so things like white fish, sock eye salmon, turkey. Drop the foods holly Suggests.

    What veg do you eat now and how much per meal?

    Timing wise I always did it 20mins pre, sub q. This was purely from protocols I had read and studied however as hilly says with synthetic GH it actually makes no difference here.

    I’m pretty much echoing what the guys have said but this looks ok to me.

    Your in shape like you said so that’s the best place to be. I would get some aromasin In so you have it to hand just incase you need it. I’m terms of anything else along side the cycle there would be nothing else you would need just make sure you are on top of your health sups and keep an eye on blood work

    Hey bud.

    As hilly says this is very frustrating. I’ve seen 20+ blood tests done by medichecks where the eGFR are all under 60. Once retested from doctors they have all been 15-20 higher and from other companies 5-10 putting them all in range.

    Mine included came back at 58 after 2 more tests and one from the nhs it was high 70s

    This isn’t to say you don’t need to take the necessary course of action but I would look to get an nhs blood test if possible as right now the medichecks results aren’t reliable imo

    Hey bud. Sounds like a reactive flare up. It could be eczema.
    I’ve seen this before or at least something very similar and it was indeed down to the consumption of certain foods
    I would start by getting a food intolerance test and see if you need to stay clear of any foods. This will eliminate the guess work and save a load of time. York test are good and offer discounts on most tests
    If it is persistent and keeps coming back visit your gp and they will likely prescribe you some cream to ease the soreness and itching when it does pop up that are better than the over the counter stuff

    If you get a blood one they’re the most accurate. I do question the hair sample tests however. I do think they are worth it in most cases

    Chest and bis nailed!

    Good session today. Greens are back in the book and all round progress.

    The rapid gain of 20lbs back on has come on a little fast and left me very tight. This was more noticeable in today’s session as my scap and traps are mega tight so I couldn’t retract them quite as much as I’d like.

    Some physio after today’s session has sorted that for now but I feel like I need a few sessions closer together to get it sorted for good.

    Back in for legs tomorrow and now things are firing again I know it’s going to be a disgusting one
