I’m also not a fan of this set up. I can’t quite see the logic or where you are going with this?
Personally I would go over to the education section and watch the videos on anabolics in there and broaden your knowledge base on how some drugs work etc.

Meals off plan aren’t an issue unless they cause an issue. These meals also don’t have to be large and calorie dense either. I feel like people get a little caught up and over eat on the meals they get some “freedom”
I personally would match your calories closely for the meal you swap, start by only eating easy to digest foods that are tasty or different from that you usually have to try and create that mental break. Even something like a Nando’s that can create a social aspect ( when they open) can give you the break you need if a weekly diet break is something that will help you adhere moving forward

Yes unfortunately if you have declared to your doctor that you take steroids of any kind it’s going to be a nightmare as they go through everything.

250mg is a great starting point and rinse everything at that dose.

Hi all.
Solid days rest today. Quite a busy client day again so that kept me busy until early afternoon. A couple of short 20 min dog walks today to aid with digestion and plenty of naps.
I can’t get in to the gym until 530pm tomorrow as there is a weekly deep clean in progress so I’ll have plenty of time in the day to rest up before I hit some delts and tris. Probably got 7-8 weeks of offseason left so now I’m fresh every single session needs to be nasty and all in

Only one I’ve heard of there is British dragon and i would stay clear of that. A client of mine had some bunk stuff from them not so long back

Whatever you feel like sits best with you. Personally I leave it 10 mins before and 20 mins after meals otherwise my meals just seem to sit as well but on the flip side others sip water with meals and this helps them. There’s no right or wrong really

They’re just too strong for most. Not sure what they put in it but the sides are 5 fold in terms of shaking, jitters etc.
I would personally use another brand
As you can get the same fat loss without the stronger sides but some people actually prefer them so maybe give them a go and see how you get on first.Instagram: jimmytonk

Hey bud. I’ve never heard of this happening before. The only logical explanation would be having an air bubble/ void at the bottom of the syringe but if you say there isn’t one it’s very strange. However if it’s causing no issues and you are still getting all the oil into the muscle I can’t see it being a problem

Hi all
Late one for me today. Usual story of falling asleep on the sofa. Just got my last meal to get in and it’s rest day tomorrow so I’ll have an extra hour in bed
Legs today was a success. Everything actually felt decent. No feeling of fibres pinging and grinding and just smooth lifting. I was in at UF York for the promo video for that gym similar to last week with Durham so I got to take advantage of the amazing kit and facilities there.
Checked in with J this morning and I wasn’t particularly happy with how things are looking from the front, still some inflammation in the gut which makes my mid section a little wider and me unable to hit a decent vacuum so it really throws my look off. Jordan is confident we are still good to go for the first show in 23 weeks time from here. It’s just a case of letting things settle, get full and then get inside out peeled and it’s ON

For me I find the best drug is a nandrolone/npp, I get 0 sides off any compounds really but I seem to just do better on this And notice more difference

Hi bud and thanks for reading. I’ve previously responded well to mast e so with a limited growing phase before I start prep it makes sense to go in a little harder on something we know works and also take advantage of it’s ai like properties.Split wise yes everything will be staying the same. This split is working very well for me In bringing my upper and arms up in particular and there’s more to squeeze out of this set up just yet.
