Evening all.
Solid day today. Some posing this morning and things are looking a little better. Weight is flying on with the introduction or real GH and this morning saw me 14lbs up in 3 days. This is too fast and it’s left me a little sort and watery but this will settle down over the next few days and things should be almost where I left off
In for chest and bis today
I have a slight shoulder issue on my right side and it’s affecting my pressing slightly. That being said lifts were good. They started to flag later on in the session but that’s simply because the volume pretty much doubled today so it will take a session or so to get the endurance back.
The look was much better and fuller at the end of the session and digestion has been spot on so a very successful day all in all

Personally for the price you will pay and the benefits you will get from running 2iu you will see little to no visual change although you will gain some health benefits mentioned. I would rather go without and leave it for another time and keep it as a tool in the box for the future

Myself and all my clients use 4g of omegas daily and the rest will come from diet. 4-5g daily will cover all bases

It could be the filler like mentioned.
I would drop dose to 10mg if you notice an improvement it will be worth trying to split the dose up and see if this helps
If not you may need to drop it

Rest day for me and a busy day on the client front. Right now all the guys and girls are flying and the mood in the team is good with the gym opening in the horizon so it always makes for a good day when you receive so much positive energy from people.
Today was all about getting this digestion in the best possible place. A short morning walk and double up on veggie mite got things firing and me hungry first thing. Every meal today has gone down well so a very good result there. I had a mid afternoon dog walk to have a break from work and a couple of 30-40 min naps and that’s my day.
Really looking forward to getting into the gym tomorrow now I feel fresh. We are back on the progression train and looking to work at 100%

You have answered your own question pretty much. Appetite is shot, body is unresponsive, just gaining more fat than anything by this point. It’s time to pull things back 10lbs or so and then repeat the process you have just done!

So considering you haven’t done a cycle for 6 months and haven’t been training in a gym you have kept a good amount of size.
My only issue with your current position and pushing up and adding drugs is that imo you are a tad soft here.
I would look to have a short sharp mini cut first.
The addition of anabolic would tighten things up a tad but a 10 week push from this point would leave you holding back most of the time so you didn’t get any softer and a waste of a chance to maximise more growth.
Mini cut for 4-6 weeks, drop some body fat, get responsive and then I would look at
300mg test
500mg mast eJudging on previous cycles this will be a good starting point.
Some of the other guys may have different opinions here but this is where I would personally go.

This is g2g it’s quite common with rohm that the vial sizes are different from time to time. You may also come across the odd black top too. I’ve never had an issue with the different sized vials etc

Hey guys
Back day for me today and a good start to the day. I’ve had my usual GH back in for a couple of days and weight is up to 250lbs from 242… a lot of water on but this isn’t a bad thing right now as it makes me look fuller and getting closer to where I was.
Digestion and appetite is still shot the last two days every meal has been a struggle and taken me ages to eat so my days are longer and I can’t get to bed as early as it like. I’m still sure this was down to the antibiotics I was on so I’ll double my veggie mite in the morning as well as my digestion enzymes and I will start my day with a walk just to try and get things firing and hope this has the desired effect. The last thing I need from this position is to drop food as I’m still flat and not filled back out properly yet.
Back today felt good. I’m back to pretty much full strength at all movements. My right scapula is a little tight which isn’t allowing me to drop my elbows low enough on rowing movements so this needs addressing ASAP before I pull again.
All in all another day closer to where I was and also the gyms opening guys

Hey bud. As mentioned there are lots of YouTube vids on this. I personally learnt myself and it’s a case of being consistent and practicing it daily on an empty stomach.
Start with 5 sets of 5 second holds, breathing all the air out of your lungs and sucking your stomach in as hard as you can. When you can easily do that up it to 5 sets of 10 second holds and so on. For a while it will just look and feel like you are simply breathing in until you strengthen your transverse abdominals enough to gain control of them.
It took me 8 weeks of practicing every morning until I could hit a vacuum so be patient.
When you start getting to the point your abs are going under the rib cage it can initially be uncomfortable and feel strange but this soon drops off.
