Evening all,
I really need to stop falling asleep on a night between meals i keep waking up not having a clue where I am or what’s going on lol
A successful day today. I feel better in myself for the first time in 3 weeks, I’m starting to look more like myself and my voice is slowly coming back so I’ll take that and a happy Friday.
Still weighing in at 110kg so no weight gain which is ridiculous but it will come and I’m pretty sure the GH I’m using is bunk so when I jump back on my usual stuff this weekend that will see things moving up I’m sure. I absolutely refuse to start prep until I’m 265 In this condition. That’s what Jordan wanted and that’s exactly what I will do as I never compromise on a goal like that and I know from that starting point I’ll be a contender

Depending on if adding in a push B you may in that session want to add another direct tricep movement too

As above. As long as it’s consistent do what’s best for you.

MemberMarch 19, 2021 at 1:59 pm in reply to: Beating PRs on Compounds Impacting Later Exercises?This is something that often happens for sure. The amount of energy you expend hitting heavier loads for more reps is going to have a knock in effect from later in the session from time to time.
If you are in a situation where you have hit 2-3 more reps or significantly more weight at the beginning of the session I would really slow down the workout, longer rest times making sure you are as fresh as possible for each set to give you the best chance of matching things later down the line

I think I know what you mean and it’s likely this is down to inflammation which comes about from repetitive use while having lack of mobility in that area.
Avoid exercises that aggravate it for now. Supplement with cure-coming and join-in
Stretching and mobility work will be the thing that ultimately keeps the problem away.

Chest and bis today. A decent session and strength is not far off what it was. Volume was reduced again and I seemed to have got things right today as the session felt very good all the way through. The look after training was actually much improved. Still a little flat up top and very lean in the lower but I can start to see improvements in shape and a tad more pop.
I checked in with Jordan for the first time since things went to shit this AM he says we just need to fill up, luckily I’m still lean so a couple of weeks of filling out should be all I need to be back to where things were.
Legs tomorrow and I’m already apprehensive about the session.

I wouldn’t bother bud. If you are trying to run GH cheaply unfortunately it’s more than likely to be a waste of time and money in the long term.
Either take the hit and get the decent stuff that costs if you can or don’t run it would be my advice.

Evening all.
Full days rest for me today. Wednesday is my day where i have fewest check ins so I could really maximise my time just resting. So for me currently a full days rest looks like… baring In mind I’m still trying to get fresh from the last 2 weeks.

Mobility

30 min nap until meal 3
Food shopping for the next 2 days and back for another 40 min nap until meal 4
Client work and plans along with meal 5
Relax until meal 6 at 11pm then bed
I’m feeling better today than I have been. I still have no voice which is very annoying now.
Today was the first day where I have actually used the food I have ate. Up until now even though I’m consuming all my food there’s a difference between eating the food and utilising the food but today it has stuck and digestion has been much better so I’m very please with this.
In for chest and bis tomorrow which is my favourite session so let’s see what we can do

Back today and another lesson learned. I thought i could go in at full volume, turns out I couldn’t yet lol. I’m much stronger on back than push so push feels ok at a lower volume and I thought I could get away with upping things, mid way through the session i hit a massive wall. The session got finished with some decent numbers but it’s smashed me a little more than my recovery can handle right now. I still need the rest of this week on deload volume and then reassess

Shoulders and tris today and personally and mentally a huge day for me. Today was about getting the show back on the road and up to full speed. Last week was the feeler and now it’s go time again.
I still didn’t go back in at full volume today. I was around 4 sets shy but I’m well in tune with my body and this set up to know where to pull and where to push so today was pretty much as perfect as It could be.
Numbers wise I’m a little down from where I was but this is more of an endurance issue currently and not a strength issue. Infact I feel stronger with the weight in my hand I just burn out quicker in the set but this will come back in the next week or so.
My muscle is still very soft and squishy so I know I’ve still got a lot of filling up to do.
My weight was 110kg this morning so I’m still 6-7kg down. I feel like I can gain back 2-3 of that this next week alone and another 2-4 in the following 3 weeks.
4 weeks from here I think I will be day back at 116kg in the same condition I was.
That will mean 6 weeks lost of the off season but after the last couple of weeks I’ll happily take that.

Back is all machine work right now. I’m assuming because my back and hamstrings are not as lagging as much as my other upper parts and as i have a weight limit to hit it’s important that all the extra muscle goes into the right places rather than adding onto areas that aren’t as important interms of overall development.The SLDL on leg day does absolutely smash me though

Some people react different to tren. It may be a case that you are less sensitive to it. I say this as for me personally on 300mg per week I feel absolutely nothing off tren side effect wise. However for a first time tren user I would expect something even if it’s just aggression or strength. I would give it 3 weeks
