    I’ve seen nothing but mixed reviews on this. Some people say it’s good and others got nothing from it. I thinks it’s a bit of a roulette to what you get. That being said I would avoid it just incase

    Start lower as mentioned. 300/300 is a good starting point for sure especially when you already know you can get away with this.

    See how you get on and then up it if no sides are present to 400/400

    Hi mate. If you have a search of the forum I’m sure this has been covered quite a few times already

    However using insulin pins is a way to reduce scar tissue mainly. This method would only be used in areas that are lean so you can get deep enough into the muscle. Delts, bis, tris, chest etc

    Basically pull the plunger out of the slin pin and back load it after you have used your average barrel and say a 21g green to extract the oil you want from the vials and your good to go.

    Don’t try and draw up the oil through the slin pin from the vial or you will be there for hours

    Shoulders and tris today and personally and mentally a huge day for me. Today was about getting the show back on the road and up to full speed. Last week was the feeler and now it’s go time again.

    I still didn’t go back in at full volume today. I was around 4 sets shy but I’m well in tune with my body and this set up to know where to pull and where to push so today was pretty much as perfect as It could be.

    Numbers wise I’m a little down from where I was but this is more of an endurance issue currently and not a strength issue. Infact I feel stronger with the weight in my hand I just burn out quicker in the set but this will come back in the next week or so.

    My muscle is still very soft and squishy so I know I’ve still got a lot of filling up to do.

    My weight was 110kg this morning so I’m still 6-7kg down. I feel like I can gain back 2-3 of that this next week alone and another 2-4 in the following 3 weeks.

    4 weeks from here I think I will be day back at 116kg in the same condition I was.

    That will mean 6 weeks lost of the off season but after the last couple of weeks I’ll happily take that.

    If you have an intolerance to a food or food group it will completely depend on the level of intolerance you have. Many people have mild intolerances and never know about it and eat them foods with minimal or noticeable issues but if something you eat causes a flare up or discomfort I would stay completely away from that particular food as it’s likely you have a stronger intolerance to it.

    Food intolerance tests are good if you haven’t done one already

    If it’s just come about the last couple of days and you have added nothing into your routine it could just be a stomach bug or upset. There’s a lot of that going about at the minute it seems. Anything you consume that makes you feel bloated or sluggish I’d just avoid for a few days until things settle down

    Did you gain a lot of muscle mass when doing push pull rest legs rest?

    I gained a huge amount of muscle doing push pull off legs off yes. Around 30lbs stage weight in just over a year. Now my needs have changed but I would always recommend that split [/quote]

    Yes bud so the split for those that missed it it

    Delts and tris ( a little chest work in here too)
    Back and bis
    Off
    Chest and bis (delt tip up)
    Legs
    Off

    So my arms, delts and chest are getting hit regularly with a decent amount of volume spread across the week.

    So far I can confidently say that this split is personally one of the best I’ve done for my development.

    Hey mate. It’s been a bit of bad timing adding the cycle as id only just started it before I got ill but my next blast is

    500 test e
    500 nandrolone
    800 mast e

    For me I find the best drug is a nandrolone/npp, I get 0 sides off any compounds really but I seem to just do better on this And notice more difference

    If you are growing and getting stronger there is never a need to increase food. Rinse the hell out of each phase before you make adjustments.
    If weight stalls, performance stalls and your body fat/composition allows it then add more calories to move things along

    That makes sense ! Maybe I am chasing too much progress to quickly.
    I’ve been training for 10 years now. The last 3 years on TRT. No blasts etc just physiological levels of test.
    Gaining for 3 months now and scale weight continuously goes up. Strength does too but some trainings I’m just able to match reps and normally I get 1 rep more than last time.

    You have answered your own question there. You are getting stronger in the gym and scale weight is climbing! Until this stalls you don’t need to change anything.

    Week to week progress in a gaining phase to me is getting better in the gym. If that’s more reps, more weight, better form and execution it even things moving a little but you feel good this is all progress.
