    Evening all,

    Legs today and the first one In a while. It’s safe to say that my legs have been affected by the last couple of weeks the most. They
    Don’t even look like they belong on my body, they are very very lean but this is simply due to flatness.

    I have a designated leg day outfit so today i got to see how they looked in the tights i usually wear and it was a little shocking the comparison but I know my legs respond well and it will just need some glycogen and fluid to pump them back up.

    Weight wise, as expected they struggled a touch, just very very shakey under a load but when you have been laid down for a couple of weeks and not using them it’s bound to happen. The first one is out of the way and so is the first week back and tomorrow I will fully rest by sleeping, eating and repeating and nothing else ready to pave the way for the next week and more progress.

    how long have you been now workout split?

    Did you gain a lot of muscle mass when doing push pull rest legs rest?

    I gained a huge amount of muscle doing push pull off legs off yes. Around 30lbs stage weight in just over a year. Now my needs have changed but I would always recommend that split

    They are not essential unless of course you already have elbow issues but I’m a fan of prevention is better than cure. I see no problem in wearing some single ply sleeves as you start getting into new lifting territory.

    Keep your joints warm and also give you a slight mental edge of feeling more protected during the lift.

    Anyone using sleeves to aid them in lifting a weight is a different story and asking for injuries and issues.

    A pretty solid and common cycle.

    In terms of dosages it completely depends on what you can handle/react too as an individual.

    I would start test at 500mg if you are closer to 15% bf and you are planning on pushing up. Just my preference

    Evening all!

    Chest and tris for me today and I’ve had a major win. The session itself felt good and I could actually move some decent weight with lots of control which I wasn’t expecting. I’m still at baseline volume but the session left me feeling a little fuller and actually managed to hold onto some kind of fullness throughout the duration of the session rather than just being flat constantly which means I’m stating to fill up a little.

    Meals have gone in easier and things have clicked better today. The routine is always the same but it hasn’t been clicking and today has definitely rolled more fluently from one task to the next.

    Tomorrow is leg day and the first one in around 2 weeks so it’s definitely a rock bottom volume and feel it out kind of session.

    Give it a little more time before you make anymore adjustments. Weight will fluctuate for a while host of reasons. A few more days on the current set up and reassess the look from there and don’t always let the scales lead your path

    Hey guys. Rest day for me today. A busy day on the client front and really just trying to rest as much as possible to try and get fresh with as many 30-60 min naps as possible.
    I swapped out cor for jasmine rice today just to see if if Would help digestion from lack of sweetener but it invoked no change on that front. I always digest the cor superbly but It was worth a crack.
    Meals are infront and im on track for an early night which was todays goal.

    Don’t focus on the numbers. It’s irrelevant. If You are bigger and look leaner next time around then that’s all that you need to know imo

    Evening guys.

    A testing day for me today. First day in the gym yesterday, although it was a devolume had left my body very tired today. I need to be careful how i navigate these next weeks so I don’t do my usual thing and just go too far.

    Digestion and appetite is still way off but this is still from the huge amount of antibiotics and steroids I have had through the drip the last week or so. This will settle. Luckily the foods and how my diet is set up from J is to make sure digestion is optimal so the nutrition already lends itself well to the situation without any chopping and changing.

    The weight in the gym feels ok in my hands it’s just a case of getting my body moving regularly.

    Rest day tomorrow is needed to recoup and go again ??

    First time show you will do well. 5 weeks will be a slog though from here. In a first timer line up if you came in with the level of muscle you have but absolutely peeled you would do some damage, however if you came in without the condition it would be a whole different show for you.

    Id pick a show 8-10 weeks out from here and just come in nails.

    66 is still a little low for my liking. Make sure your are supplementing with vital support, this will really help and keep a close eye on your blood pressure. Say away from eq too, that’s very kidney toxic

    Scrap them results and go get some from somewhere else jack a second opinion for now.

    I’ve seen 7 medichecks blood tests in the last week alone come back with a sub 60 eGFR score. Mine was one. I got re tested from the hospital and it was up almost 20 points and that was after a week of illness. I’ve also seen every other test go up from guys that have gone with another company.

    I’ve used medichecks for years but whatever is happening recently with results isn’t right so it makes sense to get a second test from somewhere.
