    It wouldn’t be my first choice, people just chuck the eq in there at the end like
    It’s an added extra when all they’re doing is increasing hypertension etc. I’d much rather run some mast e along side the test and then blast some NPP for the last 6-8 weeks of cycle. Personally.

    Today was my day 1. The routine picked up where I left it. First few meals all went in well and it was back in the gym for a very tentative feel. I’ve been laid for 9 days so today way about moving and engaging muscles.

    Delts and tris were on the agenda. A lot of mobility work before hand just to tell my body it was time to wake the fuck up.

    Session today was

    Cuffed lateral x 2
    Shoulder press x 1
    Tri pushdown x 1
    Dips x 2 (bw only)
    Jm smith press x 1
    OH S/A dumbbell press x 2
    Pec dec x 2
    Machine lateral x 2

    All loads were around my usual back off weight. If I loaded anything a little my fibres are still a little dry and weak and I could of easily caused injury so again this was just to get some blood in the muscle.

    The rest of the meals are going in ok. Appetite isn’t quite there yet but it’s not going to be for a week or so of activity from me.

    Tomorrow I’ll hit back and it’s business as usual from here on out.

    First tren cycle I see no issues with starting with 150mg per week tbh. Taper up if needed but 150mg Tren A for say 8 weeks off the back of your cycle will be a decent run

    I understand your doing him a favour but the best thing he can do it join this site and read, read, read. He will know all he needs to after a week trolling the site and can also ask his own questions. Insulin isn’t something to be taken lightly at any level

    Don’t over think this.

    Salt salt your meals to taste. To some people 3-4 twists is strong on the salt, others do 10 twists plus.

    Keep it consistent and maybe add an extra twist or two pre and post meals

    This is my last update on this. Discharged this afternoon. It dawned on me when i got in to sort myself out, shaved and had a look at myself how much damage has been caused, I won’t lie when I first saw what I’m dealing with I really had to hold myself together. I gave myself half an hour to just take in and reflect on my next steps.

    I have 1 meal left today and tomorrow it’s back up at 0545 and back to the exact same routine that I left. I can’t try harder or give anymore because i give everything everyday.

    Chatting with Oscar always helps me massively and he made the point of patience. Next stop 265lbs in the best shape of my life.

    The comeback is always bigger than the set back and we move on with intent

    Take it straight through. No need to have a break In that amount of time.

    Also I would just take to does on wake all together and not stagger it.

    You could run 20mcg for a little longer before tapering up. 7-10 days and get a better bang for your buck

    Thanks again for all the messages guys I’m always so so grateful to everyone who reaches out

    I’m much better now and I will be out of hospital Monday morning. I have to finish the corse of iv antibiotics before I can go which ends tomorrow at 6am so it will be drip in, quick check with the camera in the throat to make sure and then off home and take off from where I left off. Prep food and then I will gingerly have a devolume session Tuesday and possibly the rest of the week. I will know after day one in the gym exactly how far I can take the week but until I’m it there I simply will not know and I’ll back and forth with jord and see how he wants me to conduct things

    I hope everyone has had a good week and here’s to a better one coming up ?

    Yeah you have no business form here trying to put another 15lbs on. 6 weeks hard mini cut with no messing about straight through

    10-15lbs off and go again.

    Body fat % and the numbers are irrelevant. How you look is relevant ??

    From what you have said already I can only really put it down to a couple of things. Over stretching in the movements and letting the weight force your elbows too low putting too much pressure on the chest and causing the strain. Improper form or lack of general mobility. You are doing all the right things prior to the session.

    Make sure you are adequately hydrated too and some Kwan loong oil or tiger balm on the area prior to training may help too.

    Ultimately your physio will give you the best advice once they see how you move etc

    Just a quick update while the phone still has some juice left.

    I feel good and the swelling in the throat has started to subside and all sats and bloods are good. My kidneys took a pounding from the high blood pressure in the week but the guys here aren’t concerned at all.

    Another day and I’ll be right as rain and back in the gym on Monday. I just really miss the process of bodybuilding. Being super efficient fills me with joy and right now I can’t be efficient lol but 10 days of food and training and I’ll start to look like I lift again so all is good ?

    Just a quick one from me tonight guys. Was admitted to hospital this afternoon as my breathing became increasingly difficult and I could no longer swallow. They just want me on some iv antibiotics so they can get the problem sorted faster. Obviously obstructed airways aren’t something you want.

    I should be in here through tonight and hopefully home tomorrow afternoon. I’ve brought some blended meals and shakes with me so it’s a case of just riding it out now because I’d like to start being a bodybuilder again from Monday please.

    I’ve had a full health check and all is good so that’s something at least

    This is a common side I’m seeing with a lot of guys and girls and Kuba has pretty much nailed it. You need to get hungry again or nothing will improve and you will end up feeling even more shitty.

    1-3 weeks of a hard drop, depending how bad it is then as soon as you are hungry again get things pushed on
