Rest day for me today and today it was complete rest with training where it is right now i need to make sure my recovery days are spent doing exactly that, recovering.
Check in this morning with Jordan and he is happy. I’m hovering around 257-258 and the plan is to push to 265 in this exact condition. I absolutely know I can do this so I’m looking forward to the task.
Preliminary show dates have been pencilled in.

I don’t feel like it’s needed. I’ve tried both in the past and didn’t see a difference the only negative is it adds more liquid calories if you’re in a diet phase and I’d much rather eat then in meal in the day

I’m for back and biceps today
Another solid session. GH has been back in a few days now and instantly my tendonitis is better. This really allows me to pull hard where as in the past I haven’t been able to.
The last 2 days of training have been great and things are getting and feeling better by the session and I’m really finding my groove in the gym with good loads.
Check in tomorrow so I’ll put some progress pics up of where I’m currently at. Still lean and responsive so I’m looking forward the response I get from more food in me. I’m currently sitting around maintenance here, the scales haven’t moved much for 4-5 weeks but the look is decent and now solidified so anything from here is growth!

As hilly says just have 6 bigger meals.
Or if it’s only rest day that you can’t get the meals In have the 6 on rest day and keep training day the same

Definitely invest in a mouth guard/shield
This will save your cheek that you bite on and stop you grinding your teeth down also.
If the shield doesn’t work and the cramps continue it’s a case of being conscious not to bite down or clench your jaw when lifting.

An online coach to me is someone who is very experienced and educated in the area.
There are countless “coaches” now a days that don’t have the first clue. I coached people for nearly 5 years before I charged a penny, reading, analysing results and obsessing over the process for years.
If I were you I would walk the gym floors, get a good client base you train. As part of this offer nutrition and lifestyle advice and get some transformations together. While doing this take maximum advantage of sites like this along with podcasts and reading until you are confident enough with the knowledge and anecdotal evidence you have collected to offer coaching. Start small and take your time and walk the walk.

It may be a case of using a combination of insulin pins and your normal orange and blues too which will give you options of more sites.
It sounds to me like you’re not getting deep enough into the muscle with the slin pins all the time causing the lumps and hard areas.

Delts and tris today and it’s ON
Strength up today but connection on everything at this strength is very good.
I’m challenging muscles much more than I previously have done in lifts, this means it beats the shit out of me so I have to take my time in the sessions so I can still lift maximally especially in the latter part.
Food at the moment is going down so easily. I’m actually pretty hungry which is awesome at this stage, on rest days I even nap between meals so they come quicker haha especially between meal 5 and 6. This gives Jordan the scope to be able to keep pushing things deep into the off season so this excites me massively.
With show dates released we will maybe have a better idea of the ones I may do but right now my focus is to simply slam as much tissue on as possible and Jordan will give me the nod when he’s happy. As much as I want to compete ASAP I also need to be undeniable as an amateur so this is a game of patience and focus on the here and now then the rest will fall into place

Lots of people have been in this situation at one time or another and I have found the best thing you can do is to simply get started.
Going from 0-100 will see you burn out fast especially with a schedule like yours as I assume it’s shift work and rotating days.
I would start with 3full body workouts a week, looking to increase it to 4 and set yourself a nutrition plan that sees you around maintenance to begin with then taper things into a deficit and get your body fat down in a position to be able to start bulking up.

The tattoos you have that I can see won’t cause you any issues on stage. Once the tan is on you will barely be able to see these too. If it bothers you you can always pose the side chest on the other side
