Completely ignore the watch and anything it tells you apart from your step count
17st and 4000 cals can be quite low if you are active and have have some decent muscle and a decent metabolism.
It’s simply a case of you have to eat more and be consistent with it
Aim for 4500 a day and see how that goes. If nothing changes go to 4800 and so on until things start to move

If your soft or glutes are fat I would stay away from that area with the slin pin.
Any areas that are reasonably lean or carry little body fat are good to go

If the lumps run from above your nipple /outer part of the chest and towards the armpit it’s lymph nodes and if they are lumpy I would get to a doctor ASAP to be on the safe side

Legs today and a decent session
The quad is much better but I was still cautious to hack squat so I did a single leg press where I know I can target different parts of the quad and not put too much tension through the VM.
I check In tomorrow so will let Jordan know that I need a devolume in order to get fresh and ready to push once we finish the cruise phase whenever that may be

If you are a progressing on the current set up I see no need to rush and put the SLDL in right away.
Run the row until it stalls then swap it for the SLDL

Chest and bis today and my favourite session of the week. Nothing massive today as last week I smashed everything by a huge margin so today was about holding that progression and that’s exactly what I did throughout so the job was done.
Has some physio before which helped. I’m getting booked in for some shockwave therapy on my tendons too which I’m looking forward to
I’m back on the live tomorrow guys and I’m going to explain how to set up and effectively logbook so it will be worth tuning in.

Deep tissue?
Deep tissue will break down the scar tissue and soften the area. Especially if it’s relatively new so this helps. Avoid that area and go somewhere else. There’s loads to choose from so always rotate your sites where possible mate.

Meg beat me too it. Modafinil if you are working or studying but training you won’t beat dial-in focus and drive.
People are susceptible to headaches when using modafinil but the only way to find out would be to try it yourself 🙂

Rest today and not a lot to report. I’ve been mega bust with clients over the last few days so managed to get pretty much everything boxed off and everyone happy and flying.
Early night inbound tonight as I have physio in the morning and it’s an awkward time for me so I need to train earlier which means up at 5 to shift the day a little.

Hey bro. I’m not 100% sure I have just left it with Jordan to give me the nod. From what he has said possibly start prep the beginning of April and In my current condition I think that will look like we hit a July qualifier and the Brit finals possibly. I would like to do the UK AO but I’m hoping we have sealed the deal by then lol.
Thanks bud. I’m most definitely the biggest and leanest I’ve been in an off season so it will lend it’s self for a good prep and final look I would say
