There some fantastic replies there but for me like many bodybuilders my life hasn’t changed at all. The only thing I miss is the buzz of people in the gym and going and sitting and having a coffee. However I know that a great way to stay positive if firstly how you think. It’s a cliche but positive thoughts only and focus on what we do have rather then what we can’t do. Routine is a must in my opinion. Give yourself daily tasks and have a purpose about your day. Small daily wins definitely help. Take one day at a time and don’t focus too much on the length of time this may be around for

Chest and biceps today
Again a very good session today in terms of strength increases. I’m literally fully injury free right now. The slight niggle here and there but nothing out of the ordinary. This allows me to press freely for the first time in years. My Inc chest press machine has gone from 4 plates per side for 7 to 5 and a half plates a side for 9 in just over 2 weeks with control and full tension on the chest. I fully believe that if I keep training in this way I can bring my upper up to match if it surpass my legs.
Food still going in like a dream and I’m still a little hungry which is a good spot to be in.
I’m getting a little spotty on my arms and shoulders from the change in compounds and disruption to homeostasis but it’s nothing bad and it’s only temporary
Back in for legs tomorrow and there’s some numbers I’ve been thinking about for a few days now so I’m going to destroy it by any means

I’m like Oscar here. I don’t have the time and when I’m not training all my energy goes into my recovery. I’ve played many sports to high and national levels but I know they are something I can do when the stage isn’t there and I wind down from competing but that’s a long way off yet

Everything Kamara listed will create a great set up for anyone. I would like a minimum of a bench, barbell and a rack with plates

Rest day today and a busy one with multiple clients to set up. I have been on the laptop all day. A short walk in between but apart from cooking I’ve been tied to plAns for existing and new clients.

As you are dipping twice across your 2 push sessions I see you say your one on delts day is more tricep focused , is the assisted dip on chest the same and is This done seated in a machine or one of the pull up / dip station ? Many thanksHi bud. Good question. So on delt day I load the dips heavy and use this to bias the triceps by staying more upright. In the chest day I will have wider elbows, lean forward and bias the chest. I will indirectly hit both chest and tris in each but I prioritise the muscle group that day in the dips

For home training this is enough to progress I feel. It all depends on the level of training you are at also. A strong seasoned bodybuilder or trainer would need more but for most this will suffice. Bring everything back to basics. You can always look to add dumbbells over time but initially this will get you by nicely

Great back session today. Most numbers beat and feeling every movement well at the minute. A big plus is that biceps are responding to the recent work and are growing nicely which is refreshing to see after so long of not training them.

SA bicep x 4I also hit some shots to see where things stand from a couple of weeks ago and the thickness is coming on. I will post comparison below

I don’t see it as an issue preforming the same exercise in two sessions. You will just be hitting it with more frequency. As long as you are recovering properly from session to session it’s fine

I’ve had the COR in a shake and I didn’t digest it well at all but when I cook it with boiling water it’s the best digesting thing I consume. I think it’s more person dependent that anything. Try it and if it sits well then it’s good to go

Delts and tris went down today
All in all a good session. Things felt heavy however I still managed to progress on most things.
I did reset my lifts and form on the dips and JM press. I was loosing the connection on these while possibly chasing weight so before I let it go to far I reset the weight and form and it felt so much better and a very good pump on the tris
I’m still looking in decent shape. I’m carrying a tonne of water and a little more now I’m fully into the cruise phase but body fat and composition wise I’m very happy.
I’ve been a few days without cream of rice and had jasmine rice instead and I can’t digest it as well as the cor plus it’s bland as fuck so I’m desperate for some choc fudge back in my life as it’s the only flavour I get in my day lol. Still very hungry which is crazy but I like the fact I am. I’m used to feeling sick constantly I’m off season so I will take a few hunger pangs any day.

Solid days rest today
All meals in early and I’ll be hitting my last meal In the next 45 mins then an early night ready to absolutely destroy the delt session tomorrow. Feeling fantastic at the minute and really enjoying training. After prep and a few months after I found myself not enjoying training for the first time but since I linked up with Jordan he understands where I want to be and most importantly give me the best chance to get there. It a long road but I’m on the right road non the less.
However I have lost my phone so if anyone tries to contact me you won’t get a response until I find it again… if I find it

So that’s today’s session for me and it goes
3 x cable lateral
Atlantis shoulder press x 2
Cable tricep cross over x 1
Dips x 2
Jm press in the smith x 2
Decline cable fly x 3
Overhead DB extension x 2
Prime cable lateral x 4
So the jm press even and dips even though tri focus they hit chest and then the decline cable fly focusing solely on squeezing the shot out of the exercise in the short position
