    I agree with Kuba. NPP is widely used in female bodybuilding and I’d say it’s something only a very seasoned competitive female would want to use but there are far better alternatives to NPP in terms in anavar and primo, much less aggressive in the side effects too. 50mg per week however as a dose for a seasoned competitor with a good amount of tissue would be fine.

    So this looks ok. Nice and basic and it’s what you want to find your maintenance and go from there.

    Are you planning on running a rest day diet or have the same diet on both days?

    Solid days rest today
    All meals in early and I’ll be hitting my last meal In the next 45 mins then an early night ready to absolutely destroy the delt session tomorrow. Feeling fantastic at the minute and really enjoying training. After prep and a few months after I found myself not enjoying training for the first time but since I linked up with Jordan he understands where I want to be and most importantly give me the best chance to get there. It a long road but I’m on the right road non the less.
    However I have lost my phone so if anyone tries to contact me you won’t get a response until I find it again… if I find it

    So that’s today’s session for me and it goes

    3 x cable lateral
    Atlantis shoulder press x 2
    Cable tricep cross over x 1
    Dips x 2
    Jm press in the smith x 2
    Decline cable fly x 3
    Overhead DB extension x 2
    Prime cable lateral x 4

    So the jm press even and dips even though tri focus they hit chest and then the decline cable fly focusing solely on squeezing the shot out of the exercise in the short position

    @jimmytonk1 its still quite a low volume approach especially to say your muscles aren’t being hit as frequent as your usual ppl split, obviously execution intensity accuracy is all there but will volume stay like this through off season?

    Hey man. So legs is the lowest volume of all the sessions but they don’t need much attention.

    In general I’m actually hitting my priority muscle groups more often so delts and tris still has some chest in there and 3 days later I hit chest and bis with delts again so every 3rd day I’m hitting these muscle groups with more volume than before as I would be hitting push every 6th day previously with the push pull rest legs rest.

    I’m finding this very productive as I’m strong on push but not freaky strong where as on my more developed areas (Legs and back) I’m mush stronger, so the extra volume is providing me with a better stimulus I find and I’m responding well.

    You are following your high day plan daily if you are resting. So your calories have increased in general, your output is less and you admittedly say you get lazy with diet.

    You need to lower your calorie intake, up your expenditure and stick to the plan you set yourself.

    Most have coaches or a set of eyes and it’s a great investment. However if you feel like you aren’t going to be able to afford it I see much more benefit in either a one off plan like hilly suggests or using a site like this and the internet to research hard and apply what you learn. You have the advantage of being able to ask as many questions as you like to coaches and athletes on here too

    Late one for me. Training earlier put me back a little and I had to check in so waited until it was light

    Nothing to report with the check in. Things still in a good place. It’s just a case of nailing this phase and getting responsive again.

    Legs today was tremendous nearly everything progressed again in good fashion

    Session was

    Adductor x 2
    Hack x 3
    Leg ext x 3
    Lying ham x 3
    SLDL x 2
    Hip thrusts machine x 2
    Seated calves x 4

    Use straps as the guys say. I would try some figure of 8 straps for any pulling with a bar if you have a particularly weak grip too

    I would swap the oats for some jp cream of rice see how that sits with you

    I would also loose the peanut butter and whey and get fats and protein from either salmon, beef or eggs or something similar you digest well

    I feel like the combination of whey and oats or one of the 2 could be causing the digestion issue.

    Keep it away from training and don’t do so much that it interferes with recovery.

    If your breathing is bad, cardio and getting fitter is likely to help you build more muscle. It will allow you to be more intense for longer in the higher rep range sets rather than burning out through cardiovascular fitness first. Lots of benefits to cardio and done in moderation will only help

    The dreaded rest day is almost done.

    It’s not been too bad today actually. I will have my last meal at 830 so will be asleep for 10 latest which is a productive day in my eyes.

    Just a standard day. Client work and shopping with plenty of educational reading and listening in there too

    Chest and bis tomorrow, my favourite session and im buzzing already to get in and smash itttt

    Why do you do your back the day after shoulder day?

    It makes sense to. In the delt and tri day I’m not using any back or bicep muscles directly so they aren’t fatigued the day after and same goes when I train back, I don’t use any delt or tri muscles so it allows them to keep recovering from the previous day.
