You could also be creating a vacuum when you pull the pin out also. This will spill the oil. Try pulling it out slowly and I’m stages. Stop completely just before the needle comes out, wait a few seconds and then pull the pin fully out and see if that works any better for you

It’s hit and miss. As hilly says everyone is different and while some can manage to recover others simply can’t.
It’s a risk you have to take into consideration if you are planning on prolonged use.
Best way to preserve it is not to use gear at all but spending a long time off between cycles and pct before you go back on is a good option and again like hilly says freeze your sperm I feel like that’s the best way

Then close grip press after that, then the fly

Legs today and a very very good session. With legs for as long as I can remember I’ve never been able to push things to the max simply because of injuries, niggles and just things not feeling right (this isn’t to say I still haven’t gone to max intensity just not max loading) but tonight everything felt smooth and “safe” as in I wasn’t going to tear my quad off if I pushed the load hard in the sets. This resulted in a ridiculous pump and it felt good to be pain and niggle free and just mobile.
Tomorrow is rest day and it’s a busy day with check ins so that will take the majority of my day. Plenty of time for me to rest up and ready the hit the next 2 day block

Try 500ml water with a prince of salt then check after 10-15 mins. Dr dean recommends this.
However if you aren’t using insulin and you are keeping a good body comp which you are then I wouldn’t get too caught up in your faster BG at this stage too much especially when your food is where it currently is

This is genetic. If you are going to go bald then you will, regardless of what you take as it’s hereditary
. Also on the flip side if you have no history of hair loss then taking steroids will not cause baldness, possibly some mild thinning over long time use

Do you check it immediately on wake? Or do you have some water and wait 20-30 mins etc

I can’t see there being much difference in a 2 or a 3 times a week frequency interms of any sides you could get from this dose. I prefer to micro dose at a higher frequency but in this case I think 2 x a week will be fine ??

Chest and bis session today
A good session and most definitely more chest used now I can move my scapulas more freely. I feel like this will aid in my chest development massively in the coming months. Same with arms. My arms are starting to fill out nicely now I can actually train them. The goal is to have substantial growth in these areas to it’s my absolute mission to make sure I do everything I can to be able to execute the exercises on these areas properly.

Rest day for me today. Some physio this afternoon and it’s a busy check in day for my team so much of the day spent doing that.
I also checked in myself with Jordan this morning and he is happy. We are entering a recovery phase from here. When I went to Jordan I was too sucked down withered to enter a cruise phase there as I would of just got much worse from that current position.
We have pushed the food a little and training hard these 6 weeks and the result is a good one. I’m now I’m a good place to have a good clear out and get all health markers in range.
The goal is to simply keep this condition and hold where I am. I have no doubts that I can manage to do this simply by sticking to Jordans every word. Once I manage that and get back on cycle it will allow me to push up another 6-8lbs in this current condition. Leaving me at 265lbs lean and then prep can start.
That’s the theory so now we execute
Next time I’m on stage I want to be 230lbs (max weight for classic) but disgustingly peeled, like almost dead. That’s the look that I believe will take me to the pro league.

I have had the same issue in the past max. Every leg session for a couple of months I would throw up and the sessions were never what I wasn’t already accustomed to.
In the end I narrowed it down to my pre wo nutrition and high stim pre workout.
I made my pre meal considerably smaller then the rest of my meals on leg day and made sure it was from something that was light and easy to digest. I then didn’t use stim pre wo on leg day either. This helped massive although I did still experience a little nausea it wasn’t the constant throwing up after top sets like before. It could also be down to your intra workout so bare that in mind also

As above. This is completely normal. I think they are mainly white now but it may be a case of running out of white wile manufacturing and some batches of black get sent out. Looks legit to me

I think it massively varies from person to person. I know one person who it took 8 weeks.
