As the guys say you need to rest. However sometimes when you have been resting it can make you feel lethargic and tired. I would give it a little longer and when you can start by doing some walks and see how you feel from them and then you can gradually increase into full training

Push day today and not in my usual gym so the exercises were matched as closely as possible.
The session was still a good one with hard connections and good form making the exercises feel good. I’m getting better at connecting with dips which has been difficult for me in the past due to mobility and tendonitis.
I feel trashed now and ready for an early night to get fresh for legs tomorrow.
Some physio in the morning which is doing wonders at the moment too.
Last week or so on this push before we get into a recovery phase so I really need to nail these next sessions

Rest day today and a solid one. Just relaxed and did my usual work with some food shopping
Checked in with Jordan this morning. In a decent place here and going to hold and let things take of themselves while training and everything else is flying

You are well balanced in general so I wouldn’t focus on trying to bring one area up over another. Like Clare says just grow everywhere and the PPRLR will allow for that nicely

Hey mate. You have a very nice structure. This will suit the classic physique category well.
I feel like the push pull rest legs rest is most definitely the better of the splits and will suit you better. Training 3 days in a row, especially if you’re training hard will be difficult to recover from. This also may be a reason for lack of progress in the last year. Less is more and make sure you focus on recovery as much as possible outside the gym.

Back was trained today. Another very good session and as I touched on when I was doing the live I feel like I can just keep growing from here. Every session I feel fantastic an excited at the minute and I’ve not had this feeling for a long time
Session today was
Hs pulldown x 2
Seated row machine x 2
Extreme row x 2
Pulldown machine x 2
Rear delt row x 2
Shrug x 1

I’ve just had exactly the same thing. It took 4 days to reduce but now it’s fine

Busy and productive day today
Delts and tris followed by some physio with my guy Matt from Atlas physio I’m York. He’s really doing a great job with me so if your need a guy and you are from the area I highly recommend him.
Session was good, I was much stronger and the pump was crazy. I had a bad jab in my right delt a few days ago so there was still a little swelling but it didn’t hinder anything and I could train comfortably
Today’s session was
Crossed cuff lateral raise x 2
Shoulder press x 2
Crossed cuffed tricep pushdowns x 1
Dips x 2
Jm smith press x 2
Over head DB extension x 2
Cuffed cable lareral no crossing x 4The current split is something I’m very excited about rinsing. I genuinely feel like this is going to bring me the look or at least close to the look I know I can bring in terms of bringing the body parts up I need to.
I need more muscle and actually quite a lot more. I’m not concerned about the weight limit because I look best when I’m peeled. I feel like I almost have to get too muscular for the class then pull me down hard so I’m disgustingly peeled but still have enough muscle not to look stringy. If that makes sense. Anyway I’m in a great spot and i feel great
Back tomorrow and another chance to get even wider and denser ??

As above. I find it easy to get more water in in the morning before I eat and it gets me a head start my daily water intake for the day. When food is high it’s not always easy to drink enough water but this way it is

Full days rest today. Feeling 100% again. I need to stop falling asleep on the sofa like I have now. Delts and tris tomorrow so straight to bed so I’m fresh
