    If nothing has changed but you adding the compound and then having the sleep issues it’s likely that is the culprit. The only way to know for sure is dropping the npp. There’s no point being on a cycle that you can’t sleep on

    I would go full body workouts with the kit you have and even more so it you found it difficult and boring last time around. Have 3-4 variations of your FBW and mix things up as much as possible.

    Delts and tris today for me

    I feel very good at the minute. Today’s session was a mixed bag. Everything felt very nice but numbers didn’t move much or they were just matched which surprised me. That being said form and connection is getting better and better so in terms of progressive overload I would say I exceeded the previous session quite nicely

    Back day for me tomorrow so let’s see what we can do. Only a couple of weeks left in this push so I’m making the most out of every day to progress while the supplements are in where they are

    Hey mate.

    As I have the shake with the pea protein iso immediately before and after training there is no need for the EAA intra as Im still hitting the window to stimulate MPS

    Glutamine I’m my opinion is one of the most underrated supplements out there. It’s list of benefits are huge.

    No in a nutshell. If you are constantly at maintenance that’s exactly what you will do, maintain what you have.

    In order to grow you mush be in a calorie surplus. In a calorie surplus it’s inevitable that you will gain some fat in time. Depending on how much of a surplus will dictate the amount and rate of fat gain along with other factors.

    I have studied Gregs stance on this in the past and although I see where he is coming from personally I don’t agree with it

    Hey guys
    So firstly I would like to wish everyone a very happy new year and I hope you make this your best one yet.
    For me personally I never celebrate New Years or set resolutions. My goal constantly remains the same and today is just another day to me.
    I do however hope to accomplish some major things in 2021. Pro status is number 1 and I’m not ashamed to say that I’m obsessed with it, not a moment goes by that it’s not on my mind. Every single thing I do, every action I take is dictated by that goal and quite frankly it’s consumed me.
    Business goals are also a huge factor that I feel In the next 6 months will take me where I want to be at this time. My team of athletes are growing and thriving and this is without advertising much so I’m hoping to nail a brand and an identity so more people can take advantage of my service and reach their goals and just know what I do.
    Health and longevity also is a no brainer but the trainedbyjpnutrition line is seeing to that nicely upto now

    Very good leg session today all numbers beat with good form and execution throughout and no injuries compromising this

    I also had a very good physio session and now a plan is in place to finally fix me which I’m very excited about. A physio that understands my injuries was very hard to come by

    Feeling absolutely destroyed now to the point I feel ill. So a night of relaxing as much as possible to settle the cns and then rest up tomorrow

    The only difference will be one less recovery day. If volume is manipulated it can be the same across the week of course. Some individuals can get away with the push pull arms off from a recovery standpoint and others can’t

    Less inflammation overall that cure coming will give you is something that is very advantageous but if I were to pick one of the 2 I would go with love heart. It’s one hell of a supplement and the health benefits are second to none with this kind of supplement

    Start sipping 20-30 mins before you start training. Try and get as much fluid down you as possible too so you are adequately hydrated

    Push today over with Jamie. He’s just starting back training again from being ill so it was nothing groundbreaking but a good session non the less however good right now isn’t good enough and things need to be exceptional every session. Jay didn’t make it over to film because of the snow so that will be for another time.

    Everything with me at the moment is feeling very good. Digestion and appetite is spot on and I’m feeling like I’m utilising everything I’m eating and taking right now

    Legs tomorrow back at UF York and I’m already nervous as the numbers In this session are quickly climbing so a good night sleep is most certainly needed
