    No need to run trt with that amount of time off between cycles and running them for a maximum of 12 weeks

    This is person dependent as individuals react differently to each compound. I would revert back to the compounds you were using before the NPP cycle that gave you acne as you know these didn’t give you a flare up

    Good rest day today.

    Got assessed from my new physio Matt and he hit the nail on the head with all my issues. Basically my scapulas don’t move at all through tightness which causes most of my current issues in the chest and triceps I will couple this with some mobility before sessions with tadas one of the coaches out of York UF. This is what will develop my weak areas from better connection and execution

    Chest and bis tomorrow over with Jamie filming for the site so I’m looking forward to that

    Shoulders and tris today. The first session of the new set up and I had a great session and it flowed nicely. Numbers are laid down with immaculate form and tempo so this will be standardised and beat next time.
    I only have 5 weeks left on this cycle and set up so I need to squeeze every last drop from the sessions I can
    Feeling good and I believe in 5 weeks time I will be in a very good place from here
    Current diet set up is as follows
    Nutrition:
    Awake drink 1 lemon pressed in plenty of water.
    10g glutamine
    Meal 1:
    200g keta salmon , 150g prawns
    150g COR
    200g pineapple
    30g sunflower seeds (
    Meal 2:
    350g COD
    200g courgette
    120g cream of rice
    60g sunflower seed butter
    Meal 3: 2 hours mins pre
    250g tuna steak
    400g white potato , no skins , cooked for a while
    200g courgette
    50g sunflower seeds
    Ipre ,
    200g pineapple
    200g strawberry
    100g blueberries
    60g pea protein isolate
    During training 100g performance fuel
    Post training:
    Same blended shake as pre
    90 mins later
    150g cor
    350g white fish mix
    200g courgette
    200g pineapple
    50g sunflower seeds
    MEAL 5:
    300g keta salmon
    400g white potato
    200g courgette
    40g sunflower seed butter
    Meal 6:
    300g 5 percent beef
    200g courgette

    Hey. So yeah I have the shake immediately before and straight after training.

    there will be a small amount of carbs through the fructose in the fruit but as I’ve just had carbs intra workout there will be no immediate need for more carbs.

    16 weeks out here you are in a great spot to keep bringing it down and allowing you to come in at a steady rate. I wouldn’t advise increasing food from here

    Muscle soreness or not isn’t an indication of recovery. It’s pretty much as you say. If you can’t progress in the gym,
    feel tired, no change in how you look, loose appetite etc it’s likely you aren’t recovering and preforming optimally across the board and with your current split with all the intensity techniques you have mentioned i would be very surprised if you can recover from all that

    This is down to the individual and other factors. Some people don’t get on well with fats or have a very carb dense pre meal so fats would be lower, some people train better on pro fat so they would be higher. Also if you are lean and little or no carbs pre the fats may be higher to avoid hypos etc

    Whatever you digest and leaves you feeling the best is the answer here really

    Back in the gym today and back on plan 100% no little treats or divinations for me now. One day a year is enough.

    The gym session was good and the pump as expected was ridiculous. I have to control and be very meticulous with my reps. 2 fast or sloppy reps on the trot and the pump blew me up but no in a good way as this can make some exercises difficult to fully contract so I took my time between sets and exercises. Beat the book comfortably also.

    Very strange this morning after the food I ate yesterday waking up no heavier. I think after a couple of training days I will see a large increase in weight from here

    I find the the sweet spot for me is 1.5 scoops of pump and 1.5 scoops of pre 2.0
