You need a little more off from here ideally before you start to push up IMO. The leaner you are the more efficient the push up will be so just keep going.
In terms of body fat estimate it’s impossible to guess just from these front shots.

Do the 5 weeks clear like you plan but as hilly says I would prefer to let estrogen come down on it’s own

Merry Christmas Eve everyone.
Solid days rest for me. Actually very hungry today so I’m looking forward to a meal off tomorrow. I really struggle to eat off plan and it’s actually quite an issue at the minute. I feel like I’m letting myself down if I ate off plan which is ridiculous and it’s like I’m punishing myself for not winning the card this year but I promised myself that this Christmas I would eat a meal off plan, some good food so pigs in blankets with a dinner and I will have a pudding, jam rolly poley is my favourite so I’m getting stuck into that.
My day structure will be the same. Wake, walk, then 6 meals just one of them off. No other meals will be adjusted.
I hope everyone managed to get their Christmas shopping done and has a great day tomorrow ?

Just wait until your hungry then have the whey and cereal. Try to finish your intra 20-25 mins before the end of your session this way your stomach gets a small break while exercising and before you have to eat again
If you aren’t hungry after a prolonged period of time then it would be an idea to have a shake after training but I would opt for a hydro whey, something that’s very easy to digest and a solid meal 60 mins after this

I wouldn’t necessarily class 90 degrees as a half rep, more shallow. I’m not sure if it was Jon meadows or joe bennet on instagram that recently did a post on this and it was along the lines of below around 90 degrees the quad is no longer the primary focus and all the other lower muscle groups will come into play. One could argue that to solely target the quads 90 degrees is adequate. Although your own mechanics will have a big impact on wether or not this will be enough depth.
If going to that depth causes you no issues, allows you to get strong and you can feel the muscle working hard then it’s better than not training them at all
It’s worth noting that imo I don’t think you can build a really big full set of legs without maximum lengthening and shortening of the muscle so I would still look to improve depth in general for the future

Legs done! An early log entry from me as my day has taken an unsuspected route.
Nothing major but this stomach bug kept me awake most of the night with cramps and being uncomfortable. This lead me to sleep later and got up at 8 rather than 6 and this put me behind straight away. Wouldn’t be an issue but the way my diet is set up if I don’t get up at 6 I will be up until very late eating. My meal 6 will be at 1am now but rest day tomorrow will allow me to catch up
Legs was a good session and I beat all numbers bar a set or 2 of isolation but these were executed with better form.
I will traditionally start my Christmas shopping tomorrow so I hope there is some stuff left in the shops ? wish me luck ?

I personally hate this machine. It destroys my knees being a taller person. I did use it for a while as a single leg glute/ham focused press but again as soon as then load had to increase it just wrecked my knees

Much prefer just to diet for longer. Keep going and the stubborn areas of fat will eventually come off

You pretty much hit the nail on the head at the end there.
Set your cals and steps and when fat loss stalls add a small amount of direct cardio. This can be a walk on the treadmill or anything to slightly increase your overall expenditure across the week._________________________________________

Chest and bis today. A good session with all previous numbers beat with ease.
Slightly flat this AM and In the gym I didn’t quite have the usual pop and looked a little softer but this is due to being unwell yesterday and most likely my electrolyte balance been off.
Nasty leg session coming up tomorrow and numbers WILL be best
