    A lot of people will always swear by having intra EAA however with these protein feedings and timings you are adequately stimulating MPS so technically the EAAs aren’t necessary during the session some would argue

    Although I would look to increase your protein intake from 20g whey. Depending on brand and profile of the powder you may not be taking on enough lucine here.

    Hey Connor.

    There is no set formula that people generally go by.

    Initially it’s a case of seeking advice (as you are doing) and seeing how you get in with the dosage.

    There are general dosages people would recommend for certain compounds to start.

    Some factors will play a part but if you got ok at 500mg test I would say 250-300mg deca a week along side this would be a decent place to start

    First leg session of the new split and jheezzz my legs are fried. My usual working volume on legs is around 5-7 sets maximum. Today was 19 sets. My quads will be sore tomorrow I know that much. When you have doms before you leave the gym you know you are in trouble

    Check in tomorrow and I’m feeling tighter now the extra cycle and GH is settling down

    This does happen in young males from time to time It’s not very common but I’ve seen it in clients over the years.

    Generally once results are finalised it is a case of going on trt. It’s better for you all round. Nobody likes to feel low, lethargic and no or little libido.

    Speak more with your doctor mate and see what options he puts to you

    Chest and biceps today with a delt top up or push pretty much if you want to call it that haha

    Good session and the first time I’ve done this so i was just getting form right and getting the numbers down. everything felt nice and pump was good. Still holding a ton of water and got quite a bit of edema in my ankles especially but this will settle any day now.

    Legs tomorrow for me and looking at the session it looks pretty disgusting I won’t lie so I’ll need an early night to get ready for it for sure

    I’ve just done some extra reading on this and I agree with Clare. Enjoy the holiday and start supplementing as normal when you get back or have stopped drinking.

    Not that a one off drink or two will do any harm but the fact adding tudca could cause extra stress it’s extra stress that isn’t needed.

    You will struggle to get really crispy sweet potato from an air fryer billy

    The really crispy ones you might get in a restaurant etc would of been in the deep fat fryer.

    Even adding oil to the air fryer still leaves then slightly soft.

    The closest I came to crispy sweet potato out of the activry was cutting them very thin and adding 3G olive oil to the fryer

    I’ll be interested to know myself if anyone has mastered this too

    It depends on what phase you are in

    However I would just keep the food the same. Don’t get into the habit of cutting out foods because you have gone out and had a nice time and some good food

    If you have a meal off it’s a meal off and the rest of your meals stay the same ?

    You could reduce it from here with no issues I’m sure. However I’m with hilly here and think it would be better to do around 8 weeks as you are and then swap to the other dose. This way in one cycle you will be able to see the difference between the two while all variables are the same.
