Solid days rest today. Had a couple of small errands to run and I’ve got all my food in earlier than usual. Just one more meal to go and I’m done for the day. All clients boxed off and happy so it’s time for me to relax and watch some master chef. Chest day tomorrow which I’m absolutely buzzing about.

Also check in this morning and as I said I will put some pics up. Jordan is happy. Much fuller, inevitably holding quite a bit more water but this isn’t a bad thing. It allows me to train pain free from any joint issues.

The sunflowers seed is for the poly content?.. not common to see on a diet specially the butter.
Are there other reasons? (Like ahah i just enjoy it) … thank you! X

Hey jessy.

Yeah the seeds are just for the poly fats.

I’ve not directly asked Jordan but I’m assuming it’s to hold less visceral fat when using insulin

Evening all

Today was back day and a very good session again. Everything feels good and I’m strong with good form. I’m a little tight across the traps so I have to be on the lat all the time to stay away from this

Session today

Nautilus pulldown x 2
Prime row x 2
Extreme row x 2
Pulldown x 2
Rear delt row x 2
Bicep x 3

The last couple of days I’ve had a big increase in the water I’m carrying. Not sure why this is, possibly the increase in GH doing its thing. I will check in with Jordan tomorrow and throw some pics up on here

Hi Jimmy, is there a reason why you have so much fish? (Is it for digestion purposes)?

Hey kenny. Yes all for digestion. With my protein intake being relatively low then it going much higher at once we need to use foods that are easily digestible and fish is the best for that with me.

I stand on the pegs with my bum on the back pad then close the pads with my hands and slide in. When it gets heavy I get someone to assist with closing the pads

As long as your not taking it close to your workout you will be fine mate and as Clare says it’s unlikely to have any negatives. Take it first thing upon wake on an empty stomach

The more stable you can keep the hormone the less chance of having fluctuations.

Micro doses everyday in my opinion is best or every other day will be the next best way

This will be the best way imo

– Draw what you need into a normal barrel 2-3ml with the usual 21g green needle

– pull the plunger out of the insulin syringe (some are difficult to pull out so you may need some force, depends on type)

– squirt the oil into the barrel of the slin pin

– carefully put the plunger to the cusp of the barrel but don’t push it in too far or it will force the oil out of the pin

– tip the slin pin up so the needle faces upwards and any air in the barrel will travel to the top

– properly secure the plunger in the slin pin and push out any air

– you will then have one loaded slin pin ??

Before working set you doing some warm up sets? Or only warm up sets before first exercises

Hi mate I will always do warm up sets on each exercise. The deeper in the session the less I will do and just use a warm up to feel the movement pattern more than anything but the first few exercises and particularly compound movements I will do plenty of warm ups

This is a very person specific question with no direct answer

What would you personally add gear-wise during the cut? EQ? Tren?
And does 8-10 weeks sound reasonable for the duration of the cut to get back down to what would visually appear to be 8%?
I appreciate the help. Thank you so much. Just followed you on instagram aha…
Again it’s completely person dependent. Tren is a good compound to add so is something like anavar pre wo to help with strength when things are struggling

Duration wise it’s how long is a piece of string. Depends how lean you want to get, depends how fast you drop fat, depends on a whole host of variables

Whatever your current diet is now you will be counting it as overall calories.
Simply take this diet and convert it to the macro approach you described
Then the data you are left with will tell you all you need to know and you can work from that with regards to moving forward. Either increase or lower the new macro numbers as needed to your goals.
Hope this makes sense

Makes sense !
But don’t I need to lower my „direct“ macros a bit since I won’t factoring in indirect stuff and my overall macros will be higher, so when using the same macros as now but not counting indirect stuff I will be higher in calories than I am now ?
Your new macro total will read lower than your previous ones because you won’t be including trace sources but the food amounts will be the same. It’s just numbers on a sheet

Oh, so I only use the direct macros I currently have as new total ?
Yeah. So the food you are eating daily. Work the direct macros out from that and that’s your new macros
