Simply take this diet and convert it to the macro approach you described
Then the data you are left with will tell you all you need to know and you can work from that with regards to moving forward. Either increase or lower the new macro numbers as needed to your goals.

generally speaking things you can do…
Initially keep anabolics the same. There is no need to change anything from the off. Possibly as you get very lean and strength my suffer it would be a good time to increase things slightly or add in some other compounds to ensure strength is kept as high as possible
Depending on where food and output is will dictate wether you lower food, increase NEAT or add steps or some form of direct cardio
If your food is high with a reasonable output I would lower calorie intake initially
Or
If your food is moderate and your output is low I would increase your output first etc .I would give yourself enough time to reach your goal, don’t decrease food or up output too fast and ensure strength in the gym is kept to the maximum possible
This is the best way to ensure maximum muscle is kept in my opinion.

I agree with Kuba here also. There’s a lot of pressing one or two of the pressing exercises will be massively effected due to fatigue and as above it’s just wasted sets imo

Late log entry from me tonight guys. I finished watching the boxing with meal 6 and before I know it I’m waking up on the sofa at 1am.
Straight to bed for me.
The plan has been received from Jordan today so tomorrow I would say is the official start to my off season and operation undeniable. Lots of work to be done but that’s what keeps the fire lit ?

Legs today and a good session in the books. Like I mentioned strength is in a very good place I’m just taking my time to standardise every movement and not rush things. If I can’t keep the tension in the muscle with a full ROM and good tempo then I’m simply not ready to progress that lift.
That been said all numbers I hit today were good and felt nice too
This is something that I’ve not spoke about and was waiting for the right time but now things are in place it seems as good a time as any.
I have ceased working with Patrick. For a number of reasons that I don’t want to go into detail over but mainly a communication issue or lack of…but let’s just say I’m drawing a line under that and moving on and I genuinely believe this is the silver lining in the cloud as it’s lead me here
For the last week and for the long term I am now very pleased to let you guys know that I will be working with Jordan and I already know I’ve made the correct and a very good decision which gets me very excited for the future for sure.
People may have noticed a change in fullness from some updates over the last week and an increase in food has done the job.
Once I receive my training plan I will update everything in full on my log
I’ll post a picture from today’s check in with a comparison from last weeks check in_________________________________________

I would get as much frequency in as you can recover from
So you can add a little tricep work at the end of push and you will already have some delt work in there
Bicep work at the end of pull
Have your arm and shoulder day also so you are hitting them multiple times over a period of days.
Weak body parts are more often than not from poor execution so I would really focus on how you are preforming the exercises on your weaker areas too bud.

Muscles don’t necessarily have to be sore for you to have caused a stimulus. Shoulders in particular are known for not getting sore
If they aren’t growing and everything else is it will likely be down to an execution issue and how you are performing the movements

It’s just lengthening the set same as a spotter giving you a forced rep or 2 so a RP here and there will work. It’s not to say it will produce more or less stimulus
I would be cautious to how many of these you implement in the session however as they can be very unknowingly difficult to recover from

Impossible to say
It depends on so many factors other than just doing the cardio itself.
Firstly you need to be in a calorie deficit this is all that matters.
Then amount of cardio you will need to do will be dictated by your overall energy balance.
You can start at 20mins a day and see if you start to loose body fat and keep increasing as needed but there is no direct answer to this question
