    You have a good session tonight mate? Seen you training at ultra flex durham! Will this be a regular session there or just a one off? Some good pieces of equipment there that are hard to find at other gyms!

    Hey mate. Yea a good session tonight I really like it there. I won’t get over that way much but I do like to get over there once a month if I can.

    As Ben says

    I soak mine in cold water first only for 10-20 mins or so then cook them and they seem to be more crispy and fluffy.

    I use Maris piper but king Edwards are a solid choice of potato for the air fryer ??

    I would increase slowly.

    Up food initially 500kcal or so and drop your steps to 8k a day if lifestyle allows

    Then add food weekly as needed

    A much better day today for me.

    Shook off the cold pretty quick and woke up feeling fresh. This set the tone for the day and I’ve had a very productive day.

    Monday’s are busy for me interms of work so to be done for 10pm is good going at the minute. A lot of my guys and girls are just finishing mini cuts and getting back to the gym so lots of changes and adjustments been made to many plans.

    Session was bis and and hams today. I’m waiting for my new split so i can start work with the guy who specialises I’m biomechanics etc. While I was doing ham curls he spent literally a couple of minutes with me. Aligned my body in a certain position with a couple of cues and wow my hamstring contraction was 10 times better and as it turns out my hams are weak as fuck. This explains the tight hip flexors etc so I’m really looking forward to get working with him

    Cardio in on rest day to begin with is a good idea. Start with a small amount ie 20 mins and then you can gauge things from there. The less cardio you can get away with doing at the beginning the better

    Day done for me.

    A long day today and man I can’t catch a break at the minute. I woke up with a temperature and full of cold with blocked sinuses. I ate and napped between every meal through the day and then turned it on at the gym and nailed the session

    I crashed straight after but the job was done so that’s all that matters then finishing some programming for clients and relaxing tonight

    A new week tomorrow and a chance for everyone to smash it.

    Jimmy – is it possible to watch replays of the lives on the site? Tried loading up your Q&A from end of Nov but can’t seem to get it working

    Yeah it should just replay as far as I’m aware.

    Check if your app needs updating or try deleting it and re installing it. I’ve done this previously when I had some loading issues

    Not that high.

    I’ve been as high as a gram but didn’t see much difference after increasing from 800.

    Evening all

    Today was rest day and today I didn’t set my alarm this morning. Last night was a late one getting the meals in and the amount of sleep I have had lately hasn’t been anywhere my usual amount.

    Things are changing as of tomorrow for the foreseeable future which I will go over when the time is right but I want to start this new chapter fresh so today was about resting up and getting ready to push HARD and precise.

    Now as you know I don’t miss a beat and I haven’t but recently even tho I hit all variables it’s not been to a routine, not my robotic, machine like self and this doesn’t sit well with me. The lack of a solid plan with training etc leaves my mind feeling a little messy

    This has been rectified and instantly I feel like myself again and it’s like I have my vision back. A little vague guys I know but I will elaborate over the coming days as I like to be completely transparent with all of you.

    Tomorrow I will hit some chest and I’m looking forward to get into to gym and go nuts

    Hi all

    So I managed a pull session today

    I was strapped up with a waist trainer and a belt and chose exercises I didn’t have to brace too much on.

    By no means was this a ground breaking session but I managed to stress the muscle and load it adequately so got a good pump and hard contractions and I felt smashed by the end

    Tomorrow is rest day and it’s much needed. I actually feel battered ATM

    I’m still very hungry through the day but energy is creeping up and strength is good.

    I’ll get some check in pics in the morning and show you guys where I’m at.

    Hey jessy.

    I like to be organised I feel lost without structure lol.

    For me I take once a day and I use the supplement needs liposomal glutathione and use 4ml

    I feel like it’s something everyone can benefit from even the non gym goer. It’s properties are endless and a very good antioxidant

    It can keep you more insulin sensitive
