I don’t think you need to worry.
I used to obsess about eating immediately upon wake or very close to. All this did was negatively affect my digestion for the day
I feel like whatever fits best with you and allows you to eat your meals through the day.
Possibly start your day with a morning drink of EAA, glutamine, lemon etc this way you have some nutrients in you and something to set your gut up for food

Evening all.
Today was shoulders and tris
The session was good however I’m so tight across my traps, scap and external rotation of my right shoulder especially is compromised so the pressing was affected, not in strength but the connection with the movements. This also translates into poor tricep connection as I’m so tight I can’t keep my shoulder retracted on the push.
For me now it’s clear that the most vital thing about the upcoming months is that I MUST be more supple and flexible. I have 0 doubts that it’s mobility and mobility alone that is hampering my growth through my chest and tris and I would be a fool not to focus a huge amount of attention on that.
From next week I will be seeing a physio every other day and I will also be working with a powerlifting coach 3 times a week that specialises in biomechanics. I’ve spent 20 minutes with him in the past and he was very good indeed at quickly finding my issues.
Today also my digestion has been off for the first time in a long time. I can’t quite put my finger on why however my breakfast just didn’t sit right from the start. Tomorrow I will eliminate all sweeteners that I have been using in my meal 1 and 6 (toffee drops) as I feel this may be playing a part
Much needed rest day tomorrow. After 3 days on the body is in bits and I need a full day of food and naps

Sounds to me like your body is
Screaming for a rest.I would deload ASAP and full deload so have 1 week off training all together at least. Resist the temptation to train after 3-5 days as you will likely need longer
Reduce calories to rest day calories and be very choosy about your food choices. Only eating foods you know you digest well. You want to drop as much inflammation in this phase as possible which includes the digestive tract and gut.
Implement a morning walk if you don’t already and a morning drink, I would suggest with lemon, curcumin and glutamine . This gives you time for digestion to rest while you are walking and set your gut up before meal 1
Cycle wise I would drop to a cruise personally. By the time you hit this stage staying on is giving you no benefits whatsoever

due to the high androgenic activity of tren it activates some of the inflammatory lipids which i can’t exactly remember the name of. This will cause inflammation and vasoconstriction.
Vasoconstriction if the lungs is what triggers this cough reaction I believe
Coughing can happen with other steroids too not just tren. Test and deca are known for it too.
It can leave a metal taste at the back of your mouth too.
Some people also think it can be caused by “nicking a vein” and allowing the compound to travel through the blood stream in the lungs etc.
I would try injecting different sites at different depths that you usually do and see if this helps

In for chest today.
Session was good. I’m very tight across my scap and traps so this is taking away from my chest contraction and connection so this needs sorting ASAP
The session overall however was a success. My pump was ok but nothing ridiculous. I feel like now I’m probably sitting around maintenance and could do with a little more food to push things on and my composition and digestion can easily handle it.
I will check in tomorrow morning so I will have some raw shots for you to see. It will be my first check in back in the garden so it will be interesting to compare pics from 3 weeks ago
Hamstrings and biceps tomorrow so extra servings of join in today to try and keep this tendonitis at bay

As Meg says for now palmetto is probably the top supplement used for prostate health and many companies produce it

Hi Jimmy . I know Patrick tends to prefer a more moderate protein intake ., what is yours currently at your body weight ? And with eaas does he have you including them towards protein intake ?

So I’ve not worked it out but just running it thorough In my head I will be at around the 450g mark at 240lbs. Overall protein here is obviously not low but the meals are lower I just have more
So there are 11 times in the day I will consume either protein or aminos through solid meals and shakes etc
This so far seems to be really helping digestion as I’m hitting around 6k calories and feel empty and still very hungry

I would keep the t3/t4 in. During the cruise without the aid of the drugs to keep body composition in a good place as if they’re already aiding high food intake it’s possible that dropping the t3/t4 will cause a rebound of extra weight gain and things could become sloppy. This is just my preference

So after all the strange going’s On with my body over the last two weeks with water and swelling i woke up this morning 5lbs lighter!!!
Now this to me can signify a number of things as I changed nothing. I still ate the same amount of food to the gram. Drank the same amount of water to the ml, supplements were the same etc
So either it’s the difference in food and or water (higher additive/sodium dense meats etc abroad)
Maybe the heat was the culprit
Maybe it was the stress of change and me being out of routine?
Or maybe a combination of them all.
All I know is that I’m leaner I’m vascular and I’m flat! Nearly all the swelling and inflammation had just disappeared but this is from 1 day back in the U.K.
Something I will read up on extensively now until I find some sort of possible answers.
Anyway. Today was rest and it was needed. I feel well recovered and ready to smash chest tomorrow. I can’t wait to get in the gym and just go IN!

Liver and kidney support on a cruise could have the argument that you are helping the recovery and health of them while they’re not under stress.
I personally take them all year round. However it’s only your bloodwork that will tell the true story if you need them it not
