    I will be trying out crucifix laterals on my next shoulder workout, they look great. Up until now I’ve had great results with seated dumbbell laterals. I can really feel the tension in my side delts with them, and they allow me to go heavier than standing. IMO getting rounder delts is mostly about focusing on side delts and less on pressing movements. My front delts get enough work from doing chest anyway.

    IMO your blood sugar is too low. What were your readings before these past two weeks? If you’re using insulin, lower the dose or stop using altogether for a while and see what happens. If you’re not using insulin, your body might be producing too much on its own which can happen in pre-diabetics. In that case I’d see a doctor and get all the relevant tests done.
